After the death of my father I transferred the property in my name after getting NOC from my siblings. He had not made any will during his lifetime, but as per the society records I was the successor. My name is incorporated now in the Municipal corporation that the said property is transferred in my name. Now my siblings want to cancel the NOC and they also want to take a stay order on the property in the sense that I cannot sell it.I have been mantaining the said property which is a house in a co-operating housing society for more than one and half decade. Now at this time can they cancel the NOC or take stay order on the property? Please reply asap as I dont want to spend anymore of my resources on the property which I cannot enjoy as per my free-will.

My two grand mothers jointly given me some property through a registered 'Deed of settlement' on year 2005. One of them expired in yr 2006. Then I mutated my name against subject property jointly with my other alive grandmother in the local municipality & BLRO office. Now in 22 Apr 2010 under influence of some of my relatives my alive grandmother registered a 'Revocation Deed' in District register office, Howrah. Now please tell me:-
(i) Is that revocation deed is valid/legal(though it was written in the deed that said property cannot be transferred/altered)?
(ii) What action should I take now? (they have given lot of wrong allegation in the cancellation deed also)
Please help me.

Dear Members,
Kindly clarify whether while conversion of Private Company into LLP is it necessary to have minimum contribution of the LLP equal to Paid - up Capital of the Private Company.
Your early reply is highly appreciated.

Dear Ld. Friends,
I have a query. Please tell me whether a money decree/arbitral award passed in favour of an individual by a court/tribunal such as arbitral can be sold to another individual.
Is there any requirement of license for purchasing money decree passed in favour of another individual?
I think T P Act does not prohibit it.
Please refer relevant law(s).
Thanks in advance for your great contribution

We want to find out complete details about a company registered in Maharahstra such as 1) its present directors 2) current balance sheet.
Please inform us about the relevant websites /procedure.
Currently each organisation is going for automation. As such if the organisation is enganged as "Transport Agency", genreates the computerised Lorry Receipt (LR) or Goods Consignment Note (GCN), whether such insturment will be accepted by the Statutory / Government Authorities? The copies of LR/GCN will be identical but at the right hand corner the words such as "Consingee Copy / Consignor Copy / Driver's Copy / HO Copy / Branch Copy / Extra Copy" will appear with a logo of organisation. The printout will be taken at the despatching location and after signing by the authorised person on all the copies will be handed over to the Driver.
I strongly feel that this will help the organisation and there will be proper control on the serial numbers of LR/GCN.
Seeking the advice from the experienced people in this field, both from taxation angle & from the title of goods.
