We want to find out complete details about a company registered in Maharahstra such as 1) its present directors 2) current balance sheet.
Please inform us about the relevant websites /procedure.

You may go to Registrar of Companies office and apply for inspection of records after paymment of requisite fee in this regard.

Can the information we availed under RTI so where to send application for PUNE.

If in case the information is available in public domain then what's the fun in resorting to filing RTI.

kindly go to http://mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/(website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs) create your login id and thereafter you can log into the site.
on the page infront of you select view public documents. then type in the name of the company and after selecting make the required fee payment of INR 50/- by netbanking or creditcard.

thereafter on the main page click on the my documents page nd you will find the company name there. click on the company and you will be able to view and download all the records filed by the company with the ROC including form 32 (directors/managers/CS) latest balancesheet and profit and loss account etc. I hope this answers your querry.
