dear sir/madam
i am a businessman and want to claim my grand father property.
my grand father was two brother.other one was younger.
both didn't have any child.
elder one adopted my father.
younger one adopted my father's first child.
my both grand father generate all the property.
some in the name of elder one and some in the name of younger one.
can my elder brother ( so called uncle ) who has been adopted by my younger grand father, can claim for share in elder grand father property ?

my father in need of money,in1996,mortgaged agricultural land for rs.2lakh and had agreement to return the land in 5yrs if full amount paid.but due to variuous difficult days,we could not make it with in time.but however the mortagagee
made registered sale deed in the beginig itself,and transferred in his own name.when contacted in time for sale of part of land -2 acre out of 8 acre he convinced that he will return full land if rs.2lakhs paid at anytime hereafter ,no need for selling of land
now after 14 years our finacial position has improved and when approached for the return of land he is avoiding and sending legal notice .is our case worth contesting

Respected sirs ,here i was appointed my advocate for my land matter & my advocate was filed suit for interim injunction & partition of suit shedule lands in District court the summons & notices have been sended to 32 illegal defandants RESPONDANTS through by court baliff ,& THEY HAVE RECIVED THE SAME,the first case was on 4th june 2010 but they have not appered in the court even thoug they recived notices & summons before 4th june2010 in April month the notices was sent , THE SECOND PASHI WAS POSTPHONED ON 17th of this month , This the problem what i was asked for experts , thanking you sirs

one of my friend is starting a business (processing and manufacturing industry)in his brothers name who is an NRI and wants a format of GPA with the following contents
1.to sign all the legal documents
2.to open bank account in the business name and also to take loan from the bank
3.to purchase land and construct factory building.
4. and to represent to all the government authorities. kindly provide me the format of GPA containing all the details.

i have been chargesheeted under u/s 323 & 324. however in the court order this is written as
1.above named accused volunterly hurt Mr.A that you have commited off. u/s 323
2. on the same intention you hurt To Mr. B with sharp weapon, you have commted off. u/s 324.
in this order in point 2 mr. b is mentioned instead of mr. a by mistake.
This can help me in any way. Secondly as per fir i broke the glass of tea and hurt fingures of Mr.A. But there is a false MLR. Police not recovered that piece of glass any fingure prints, not obtain any blood sample from place of incident. Basically this ldged by govt. doctor husband to humilate me. what should i do.
Recently he lodges a false fir u/s 326, but on my compliant ssp order inv., on that its founded by police false and in the process of cancellation, can it work as evidence for wrongness of my husband

My Purse with Debit Card Lost from me in Train Journey in Second Class Sleeper Cauch.then I fully try to contract to my Bank but don’t receive any response then I am immediately Filed first information report in Police station.
After then I receive SMS thought SMS Service a unknown another person use my Debit Card and Purchases Jewelry from Jewelry Shop ( Bank Vendor). After using that person threw out my purse then a another person get and send my home address thought courier.
Please guide me :-
That is Write on Debit Card “ Not Valid Uniless Signed”
I am not signature on debit Card.
Then I meat to Bank Vendor Jewelry Shopkeeper and my Bank Branch and Bank Head officer but not given any response and not ready to any help.
1- What can I take action before Bank Vendor and Bank.
2- My duet on a person he seat near in train journey but I haven any information of name and address that person.

Dear All,
I wish to enquire that how and what impact it will carry to the outsome of the suit if in the title of the suit the name of the defendant is wrongly typed and written as ABC in place of Sri ABC and ABC is a company and even the notice prior to the filing of the suit has been sent in the name of ABC however the issunace of the notice was not mandatory as per law.

My brother is a partner in a firm wef 01-06-2007. In last three year he had never provided any detail of accounts & now suddenly other partners demanded him to pay Rs.250000/- as his share of liability & decline to provide detail of accounts.
Now my brother wants to leave the firm. I want to know what are his rights ?
Want are the steps to be taken to resign from a firm ? ( Firm is not registered & and partnership is at will).
Can any one provide me draft of notice of resigning & advertisement draft.
As per deed my brother is partner for 20% share and his capital introduction in firm is 100000/- and other four partners are 3 lakh each. They submitted a liability statement as per that our share in liability is 20% while share in asets is 9%. Is this way of calculation is wright ?

Possession of apartment not handed over
Dear Friends,
I had bought an under construction apartment three years back from a reaonably well known developer and got the agreement done at the same time.
The property was available for possession in mid of 2009. When i intended to take the possession in december 2009 i found out that there was severe leakage in my apartment. I refused to sign the possession documents and asked them to get the leakage corrected first. I was promised that same would be done in a fortnights time and possession would be handed over to me.
They say that the leakage has occurred because of the renovation done by the occupant who lives above my apartment.
By saying such things they try to wash their hands off the issue.
Since then six months have passed by but the developer has done nothing about it. They say they would require further time to address the issue. Repeatedly i have received commitments from them but none kept. I even have a written commitment on record.
What recourse, legal or otherwise can i take against the developer in this matter or would you recommend me to wait for few more months.
