Dear Sir,
I have an IT diploma [DOEACC B-Level]from DOEACC Society [A scientific society under Ministry of Communications and Information Technology-www.doeacc.edu.in]that is recognized as equivalent to Master degree by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. A notification in this regard has already been sent by MHRD. The professional qualification has been acquired in full-time mode in 5.5 years after 10+2.
Some Recognitions of B-Level:-
1) MCA by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India
2) B.S. (Computer Science) in USA from an accredited institution/university
3) Applied Bachelors in Canada - Canadian Community Colleges
4) B.Sc(Hons) [4 year] in UK [King's College London - World Rank 24th and having 8 nobel laureates]
5) Accepted for PhD in BioInformatics by University of Sussex - UK.
6) IT Engineer in Japan [Higher than an University Engineering Graduate]
7) Certified IT Project Manager Associate in Singapore [Singapore Computer Society]
8) Accepted for M.Tech in Indian Statistical Institute, IIIT-Bangalore, IIIT-Hyderabad, IIT-Kharagpur, IIT-Guwahati
9) Eligible for PhD in MIS in IIM Kolkata.
10) Eligible for CAT conducted by IIMs
11) Eligible for GATE conducted by IISc and IITs
[I have all the documents with me]
It has come to my notice that a handful of private companies are openly disregarding the notification of MHRD and are not allowing students [my juniors] to sit for technical/HR tests for employment in these companies on the pretext that these companies donot recognize DOEACC qualifications. When my juniors have demanded a written document why they[companies] donot recognize the qualification, the companies are unable to produce any such documents.
Is this a case of discrimination?

Respected Experts,
“A” was one year baby in the year 1952 and was adopted by “B” (adopted mother) whose age was 17 years and whereas “C” (adopted father) was 21 years, at that time.
As far as the ages are concerned, is the adoption is legally valid or not? if so is there any apex court finding in this regard.

My car was not moving, infact engine was also off.I stopped the car for a moment to visit bank ATM.While I opened my car door, a rikshaw banged on the door. My car was stationary but rikshw hit me from back side. A lady on rikhaw fell down and got head injury. In few seconds people took her to hospital in a different car.I was left alone on road. I left the place in 15 mins. Went to nearest hospital (Ayushman hospital) in another half an hour. Hospital reported no one came for any accidental help. I came back to home.In a days time i recieved a call from police station that a FIR is lodged against my name and have to go to court for case...Please help me ASAP...they have signed me for IPC 279 and IPC 338...AM stressed..What to do????

The Respondent had filed a IA for restoration of power in the residence.
The respondent had not paid the power bill hence power was cutoff.
The allegation is I had cut off the supply with out any reason.
In the pend ency of the previous IA (not disposed) the respondent had filed the present IA alleging the same.
In the IA he stated he is filing relevant supporting docs as proof but has not filed.
In notice it was endorsed by counsel that supporting docs in the present IA are not filed and received by the petitioners.
Now the counsel of respondent says that he is not filing any docs after filing the IA.
Is the IA admissible at the first place when he is not filing any supporting docs as claimed in the IA.
Should the court take cognizance of the frivolous claim of the respondent.
I have to file counter in 2 days.
Pl advice.

Sir,
I intend to file a RC case against my tenant who is using the house for commercial purpose in contravention to the mutual oral agreement for which I possess adequate doc proof.
My claim is to the tune of Rs.10,00,000 in the HYDERABAD municipal limits.
Can any learned advocate inform me the amount of COURT FEE that would have to be paid while filing the RC suit.
Thanks.
