Sir, There are many disputes in our coop housing society.We want to hire a lawyer and file legal cases. But we do not have support of 70 percent of members . Even 3 out of 7 committee members are not supporting us. Can we as a secretary chairman and ex-chairman can hire a lawyer.mEMBErs are continuously filing complaints against us to police and registrar. Kindly guide

i have a query ! If a boss continuously harrassing the one of the employee for no reason , can the employee have any rights to file a case against the harrassing boss?
if so, what is the procedure

For Levy of Property Tax by Municipalities in Tamilnadu only:
We own a Marriage Hall fully airconditioned in Tamilnadu Municipality. the municipality has classified as Commercial Complex and taxed acoordingly. Our appeals with Department has been of no use. Please clarify whether the building can be classified as Community Hall and taxed under concessional rate. What will be the rate of municipal taxes in varous classifications in Tamilnadu.

Sir can youll please guide me how to go about - I am interested in becoming a legal advocate where i can get a job in banks specially in financial services. I have done my mba marketing and a bcom graduate and would like to pursue a advocate degree, is there any courses or can u suggest the steps as how can i do it in a short span of time. Are there any college who provides online or part time courses for that cause i am working as a sales manager and hardly get any time to spend in any class room. Please guide

i am an nri once if i receive the divorce papers from family court by my wife and if i am not appearing in the family court,what will be the judgement.if i am not receiving my divorce papers and sending back with an endorsement saying out of station ,what will be the procedure.if she gets exparte divorce based on cruelty will it affect my 498a proceedings weeker, SINCE MY WIFE ALREADY PUT A CASE SAYING THAT SHE ALREADY GIVEN ME SEVEN LAKHS,WHICH I DIDNT GET REGARDING THAT CASE FAMILY CASE JUDGEMENT WAS IN FAVOUR OF WIFE SAYING THAT I WANT TO GIVE HER 7 LAKHS OTHERWISE.IF I AM GOING TO INDIA I WILL LOSE MY JOB(GULF).I WANT TO SELL MY ONLY HOME OF MY MOTHER TO GIVE 7 LAKHS,I WILL BE JOBLESS.I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.MY WIFE WANTS DIVORCE AFTER GETTING 7 LAKHS WHICH I DONT EVENKNOW.I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED.ALL ARE BEHIND MONEY EVEN WIFES NOWADAYS.PLEASE HELP ME.
