For Levy of Property Tax by Municipalities in Tamilnadu only:
We own a Marriage Hall fully airconditioned in Tamilnadu Municipality. the municipality has classified as Commercial Complex and taxed acoordingly. Our appeals with Department has been of no use. Please clarify whether the building can be classified as Community Hall and taxed under concessional rate. What will be the rate of municipal taxes in varous classifications in Tamilnadu.

In AP -Mpl Corporations- Properties /Buildings /Schools/ Collages / Hostels /Hotels / Restaurents /
/Residnetial /Commercial /Marriqage Halls/Theaters / Godowns / Dhaba/ etc specified and are notifed with taxable Rate on plinth area basis.
