Pls tell me what do u mean by case is a summons case or warrant case ?
Also does it make any difference while filing the appeal .
I have heard that when the case is a summons case that the party can file a case under session court only & when the case is a warrant case than the party can file a case under high court only ( when the Magistrate Court has given the case dismiss or any order passed by the Magistrate Court).As per which section.

I want to filed annual returns of my companies last few years after the filling that I want to go with CLSS scheme which is launched by MCA. But unfortunately on MCA site there is no any CLSS scheme form available, there is only EES scheme form available. So please anyone have link or form of CLSS scheme then please mail me or give me link on following email address.

How a person can change his name?The facts of the case are that a female chide was born before 16 years on x date.A wrong entery of name of mother was recorded at the time of birth of that child.The death and birth registrar also recorded her name wrong.what is the procee of her name change?

I am a shareholder of a joint property (House) at Ranchi, Jharkhand. The house alongwith the land had been given to a builder for making apartment with consent of all the four shareholders. Each shareholder has now got one flat. Please let me know if we, the original owners of the land, are required to go for registration of our flats.

can you provide Notification of high power committee vide said G M No.5343/10/93-94 dated 24.01.1994 iddued y the govt of india.

this is regarding the suit pending in the civil court, fact is both plaintiff and defendent both are govt department as per our contention and as per that notiification also court does not have jurisdiction ,
please guide me where can i get that notifiactions, if anybody have that please give me attachents
