Regarding form of CLSS scheme launched by MCA

I want to filed annual returns of my companies last few years after the filling that I want to go with CLSS scheme which is launched by MCA. But unfortunately on MCA site there is no any CLSS scheme form available, there is only EES scheme form available. So please anyone have link or form of CLSS scheme then please mail me or give me link on following email address.

There is no sepate form for CLSS scheme, you need to file 23AC, 23ACA & 20B, while paying the fee only 25% of the additional fee is computed.

I have already filed that forms (23AC 23ACA and 20B) as per circular after filling of this forms we all need to also one form filling and that is CLSS Scheme. In the circular on the last page they have mentioned specific format but form is not available on Site till now.

I do agree with you that there is a specific format but it has to be released. Wait for some more time or contact in the office of income tax to obtain such format, if available there.

Dear A.V. Vishal,

For your confirmation I am sending you CLSS Circular In the form last page you can find a specific format for filling of CLSS scheme form and that is not available on MCA site. Please check attached file.

Please refer the guidelines under the CLSS especially point 2 hereunder:

1. The company may file application for seeking immunity in respect of belated
documents filed under the Scheme.
2. Application for issue of immunity certificate under CLSS, 2010 shall be available on the portal after the closure of the scheme.
3. The Registrar, upon being satisfied shall grant the immunity from prosecution in respect of documents filed in the Scheme.
4. After granting the immunity, the Registrar concerned shall withdraw the prosecution(s)pending if any before the concerned Court(s).
5. Such application cannot be filed after the expiry of six months from the date of closure of the Scheme.

The form referred by you will be available after close of the scheme. The format is only reproduced in the circular sent by you.
