Hi my name is Salim Quadri. I have my house which I am residing currently in Mumbai. But I feel that my brothers have done a fraud and taken my signature on a legal paper where in they have transferred the house from my name to his name on the share certificate. My house is in my name and my nominee is my son Daanish who is 19 yrs old. I wanted to ask that can my brothers transfer the house on their name without the signature of my son. and I have a doubt that my share certificate is only on my name and not my son's name. I am worried can you please help me on this. All the papers are with my brothers.

I am from Telangana.
My name in tenth certificate is "JAYENDRA K" .
I want to change it to "JAYENDRA KANTIPUDI" ..... i.e., Add surname to my tenth certificate...
Is that possible??

Dear sir/madam,
I have applied for education loan of 5 lac for my daughter in 2013. I am the MOTHER and Every month an intrest of 999rs for the first installment gets deducted from my account . As of this year 2018 an EMI of 12000 started getting deducted.it is a joint account of my daughter and husband.I am registered as only the third party guarantee on the loan annexure. And since I am paying the EMI I want to claim the income tax benefit. Can I as a mother claim the income tax benefit?? I contacted the bank for an account statement but it only shows my husband and my daughter's name and since my daughter was a minor at the time of taking loan. It only shows that money gets deducted from my account to my husband account.( Can I use the EMI payment for income tax benefit?. If not y???)

Dear Sir/Mam,
I'm working in xyz company . Since 2016 june to till date im working while joining they offered me 4.75 lakhs per annum with 39000 per month. After joining from starting month onwards im getting 65000 slary with some allowance DA and PPF which are not mentioned in the offer letter but DA and PPF mentioned in pay slip . Since it is government maintained company . Under that impresion i thought these allowances are common to every one and kept quite. In the middle two time hike given with increment letter and salary is geeting with the increment package and at this time they mentioned DA and PPF in increment letter also and increased package also. In this middle Four audits happened while at the time of increment and before and after increments. Now they are asking me to pay 10.55 lakhs and package will change to 5.6 lakhs(current is 10.6 lakhs PA) .Last month they didnt given me salary and this month also not ready to provide salary and they are saying we will not provide releving letter also and threatening me as we will go legeal and we will file cheating and robbery and fraud case against you. Im not getting my salary from 2 months and if resign also they are not ready to give releive letter. Im in full financial crisis im not getting what to do. Im in full pressure now. Please guide me anyone.

as i purchased a new flat from builder, he collected from me possession charges of 158000/- which included advance maintenance charges of 95000/- before giving the possession to me. the builder said that he will hand over the amount to society when society is formed and account is settled. but later when i came to stay at the flat i came to know that society was formed before giving possession to me and only account settlement with builder is remaining due to some disagreement over amount between society and builder. after one year of me getting the possession the account was settled between society and builder but amount against my flat showed negative balance. i fought out with builder to give refund of the 95000/- he took as maintenance charges and showed him all the proof of payment. after three months of constant emailing builder paid into my bank account 56000/-. now when i am asking to give my remaining 39000/- back he has stopped responding to my mail.
i want to know whether i can approach consumer court to get my 39000/- back?

Kindly advise if Appeal against the Acquittal in a FIR is maintainable
If so, in which court it is maintainable and in which section it is maintainable

Live-in relationship
My wife has deserted me 10 years back. Both of my minor children lives with my wife. My wife is working as professor in a national institute & i work as engineer in a PSU.
My wife receives regular monthly maintenance for herself as well as for children.
My wife denies to live with me due to her own reasons.
In the year 2008, I filed a case of restitution of conjugal right u/s -9. The case is still pending as my wife is lingering the suit tactfully.
Few years back, I was introduced with a women through my co-league. She is widow and have a minor girl.
Can I live in with the lady or can I marry her.
