All,
i have a residential individual building in chennai constructed based on cmda rules and approval. my neighbor is constructing his building attached to my compound wall without leaving any setback on all sides of his building,and he is leaving an opening on his main-wall for sunlight and ventilation by enjoying my setback.
is there any rules to make him close the opening for ventilation.
1.He dint let any setback.
2. He is using my setback for ventilation.
how to approach this legally.

Misusing her Mobile
My wife was misusing her mobile talking and SMS a lot day and night times, I told her many times to stopping mobile usage. I taken this issue to her parents and brothers till no they are not responding positively for her parents I given one month time, and brothers, I given 1 week time. It purely illegal affair going on. Most she will get incoming call, and daily min 30 to 50 SMS from her mobile.
What Can I do now.

I was conned by a girl & her mother under false marriage promises. I have lost my financial standing as wells as my emotional connection with my family. The girl was sleeping with other men for money, keeping me under the impression of love & marriage. Now they have a lot of things that belong to me and they have blocked me everywhere. What can i do?

My father has bought one land from another person . In that document there are two clauses :
1. Maximum part is typed by computer and
2. One part which is related to road is written by pen .
Same document is uploaded in bihar govt website .
I have two queries :
1. is it possible to have something typed and something written by pen in the same document ?
2. Now the previous owner of land is not ready to leave those part which is written by pen
and they have gone to court .
Magistrate has already given judgement against them , but now they have gone to high court .
What are the options we have to claim our property ?
Please help .

land is purchased by two person jointly. but only one person does a developement agreement of whole land and gave for developement. said agreement is registered one. also gave regd. power for developement. how can person who has not given power of attorney and devt.agreement ,stop that developement. can we file suit to cancle the power and devt agreement as another purchaser gave our land also in dev.agreement .

I had defaulted a credit card payment in the year Feb 2009. But today suddenly I received a local court order to appear before them. Bank has filed for application for execution of award as per cpc order 21 rule 11. Date of decree (award date is 06/03/2012) What is a legal remedy for me ...Please help.

Sir I was due for promotion w.e.f 01.04.2017 under restructuring scheme in Railway Protection Force and my name was mentioned in promotion list of DPC but in final order they denied my promotion. Suddenly I shocked and I made representation to my higher ups in which they stated that vigilance inquiry is pending against you and my case is kept in sealed cover . I again represented that till date I was facing any D&AR, nor suspension and no any prosecution is pending against me so approached High court Hyderabad in which Hon'ble high court passed interim order on 19.09.2018 stated that as on date no D&AR, no suspension till date, no crime registered Hence, promotion should be given to employee. My office got this order from high court. Later after 15 days i.e on 03.10.2018 my office issued D&AR action on the inquiry report of vigilance. Now they are not followed high court order. What should I do? Shall I filed contempt of court order?

Wife filed a bogus DV case
My wife deserted me when my father who was at that time suffering from cancer came to stay with me. She said she was not going to take care of my father as she had better things to do. She threw my parents out of our home and when I went to drop them back to their house she left with my four year old son and never returned. I tried talking to her and bringing her back many times but she refused. She has now filed a Dv case against me and my mom and is asking for 70000 as monthly maintenance which the court has without even looking at the case granted. My question is if I am able to prove that she deserted me and not vice Versa and the maintenance is nullified do I get back the money I have already paid to her?
