Hi Experts
My name as per my 10th class is MOHSIN HASSAN RAINA. Whereas in 12th and after wards it got change to MOHSIN HUSSAN RAINA. Now I have my name in 12th, Graduation, postgraduation, PRC, cateogary certificate as MOHSIN HUSSAN RAINA.
Can I change name through gazette to use 2nd one. Will be it sufficient to apply for govt job and others.

Even I am one of the victim . Well in my case wife has filled false 498a in 2015 and in 2016 she filed divorce petition as well.
The 498a is still pending in court , neither we got any notice nor any further proceeding . So during 2016 end I filed divorce and with all normal formalities got the exparte order as well.
Very recently I got summon from family court on her divorce petition . So here my question is already family court has given divorce order and again they will issue another order based on her divorce petition or the same order will be applicable as I am not seeing their lawyer actively monitoring their divorce petion so after 2 your summon is coming to me.
secondly as the divorce was filed by her 1st and later we got decree on our petition , will this ground be sifficient to file the quashing of 498a at HC .

My Father was working in Tangedco at Thanjavur District. He died on 29.06.2017 While in his service. After my father's death,. Myself have planned to apply for compassionate ground job. but my younger brother was not willing to provide No objection for my job. And he is also willing to apply for compassionate ground job. But My mother is giving support to myself. She did not believe my younger brother.
So kindly give legal solution for the above issue for applying compassionate ground job.And also kindly provide necessary document if any..

My family lives in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi at Ground Floor. And our whole building has 4 floors + basement.
Problem commenced 2.5 years back when seepage started and problem occurred at 2nd floor. Myself, 2nd floor owner and 1st owner discussed the matter with 3rd floor owner and they gave several justifications and didn't accept to fix the problem. Since then we decided nopoint of discussing any matter to 3rd floor.
3rd floor owner has terrace and they are not allowing to fix tanker of1st owner because of their personal dispute. Legaly, they cannot stop but again no one thought of taking legal action because of senior citizen and time.
Now after 2.5 years, problem still exist and seepage reached 1st and ground floor both.
I stay at Ground Floor and having twin boys of 2years. We are struggling with this problem and causing health issue and damage to our property.
Today, 19th Jan 2019. We called plumber and took his consultation and furthermore he explained all problems in front of 3rd floor. Moreover, 3rd floor owner wife didn't allow us to get inside and didn't ready to show their floor but later after several arguments, plumber went to see their toilet and other areas. And we also saw terrace with the help from her husband.
After all consultation, plumber gave quotation of Average Rs 45000 to Rs 50000, which included approx Rs 10000 of Drainage Pipe. And 3rd floor also has damaged tanker and having toilet problem too.
All floors are agreeing to pay for Common Drainage expense but not for terrace maintenance costing around Rs 35000 to Rs 40000. However, 3rd floor owner has to pay on his own for his tanker and toilet, which we doubt based on our past experience. Initially we were thinking of paying together for common expense but when terrace owned by 3rd floor and damage happened to his property and we having no problem with our tanker, then why should we pay his damage.
Having Said that, We all are aware that he will not going to fix this seepage problem causing due to damaged terrace, as we have experienced alot in the past. And if we all floors won't contribute, this problem will remain same forever. Further causing whole building damage, health issue to children and senior citizens.
Lastly, 3rd floor has some social network which might happen to delay any legal action and unnecessary expenditure and time waste. Hence, We need assistance to fix this problem in single go.

One of my friend is fighting his criminal case u/s 498A of IPC as Party in Person, if in case he unable to attend the court is there any petition need to be file like 317of Cr. P. C Or any provision for who defending their case as Party In Person...

I am a retired Ministry of Defence civilian officer. Superannuated in 2016.Was working as scientist in Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance (DGAQA) under Department of Production. DGAQA's actual duty as per official Business Rules is Quality Assurance and Final Acceptance of aircraft/equipment, but not any design function which is the duty of the DRDO. However, since the last 30 years, a scam of increasing magnitude has been spreading out in DGAQA whereby DGAQA's topmost officials pretend to hold design functions. Bogus defence equipment without any design,Transfer of license Technology, IP rights trace-ability or clearance from any of the design labs of DRDO or OEMs are being "accepted" and issued "Final Clearance" by a concerted action of errant officials in the ministry serving under the IAF,DGAQA and the DPSU M/s HAL.The bogus stores mentioned are all exorbitantly priced and supplied by private sector sub-contractors either directly to the IAF or through main contractor M/s HAL. Since I was not willing to collude with my official superiors, they have entered adverse entries in my ACR/APAR but without my knowledge. As a result, I was superseded in three consecutive Departmental Promotion Committees convened during 2005-2008. I had filed an OA in CAT Delhi (OA No.1606/2013) questioning my supersession through uncommunicated adverse enties but I have been told by my lawyer that the CAT is not agreeing to my request to communicate the adverse entry thereby denying me a chance for representing against those entries. The verdict came recently and is yet to be uploaded on CAT Delhi website. I am normally a resident of Bangalore, Karnataka and would like to pursue the case since the scam of unabated supply of bogus stores without any design has reached epidemic proportions , causing monetary loss to government and should be arrested in public interest, which, being a technical issue, the CAT has not considered. Could you please advise what course of action I should take to stop the scam and ensure that the IAF is supplied defence equipment with approved design only.

Respected Sir/Madam, I work with a Professional Services(Business Consulting) company in Bangalore. I submitted my resignation via email (email is the main communication tool for such purpose) to my manager along with copy to the entire HR team of my company on 26-Dec-2018. As mandated by my Employment Letter, I am expected to serve '1-Month' notice period. Therefore, in my resignation email communication, I communicated the same to the managers and HR team and informed them that I will serve till 31-Jan-2019 (the total days served works to more than 30 days of notice). However, since I submitted my resignation officially, the company has not officially accepted my resignation as well as confirmed on the last working day that I had informed them. In my discussion with the manager as well as the HR head, they requested that I extend my last working day by 15 days. However, I politely told them that I cannot do so, as my next joining date is immedeate. I wanted an opinion in such matters, with regards to options avaialble for me to take a legal recourse. My main concern is that the current company may delay in issuance of the experience letter and the service letter, which I need to submit to my next employer. Me & my husband owns 400 meter (plot price is Approx.50 lakh in 2019) residential plot in Raigad district.Our family friend Mr.Ranjit is civil contractor & has dream to become builder. Now we want to develop the building project having sale value as Rs.2 crore with help of Mr.Ranjit (50% - 50% joint venture) .But none of us have much money to execute registered development agreement (stamp duty etc. will cost 5 lakh) with Mr.Ranjait.Mr. Ranjit will bear cost of Commencement certificate , GST & RERA Registration , Advertising etc.and also he will sale the entire project with we as confirming party.
Now My question is
1) How can we legally give power to Mr.Ranjit to construct & sale the project with less money spent?
2) If we form Partnership firm etc. then how we establish connection between partnership firm & our land?? Also If we transfer our plot to Partnership firm then we will affect by 30 % income tax (short term capital gain)
3) If we taken all the approvals etc. on our joint names then do we need to take 2 GST Nos.?? Also How can we give rights to Mr. Ranjit to construct & sale the project??
4) How can we proffesionaly handle the project from planing stage till completion stage
Please help us ?

Sir/Madam, I am into Social Work on a serious basis. I often file complaints / petitions to Municipal, Electricity, Water Works Departments against illegal constructions, encroachments and other such violations. However the Govt Officials just do some initial work and then stop taking action against such violators. Further when such complaints are escalated to higher authorities no action is taken.
My Question: Can I file a Criminal Complaint against such erring Govt Officials on grounds of Negligence or other sections of Law so that Officials will do as per duty as deemed fit to help India make a better place.
