Dear Concern, we got a property 9 years back and now noticed that property site number is mentioned wrong on the sale deed. in order to correct, we cant find the seller now as they are not in contact and out of 4, 2 people of have died. In this scenario, how can we get it corrected now? pls suggest.
What is the alternative options?

Hi, I am a respondent in a High Court WP filed by my opponent and after 5/6 months few hearings the High Court on 13th Dec closed the petitions for Order now its more than a month but still no order uploaded. Can I visit the Honorable High Court (The Judge) and ask them that the Matter is closed for order since 13th Dec 2018 and I am dying to know the order. Because some illegal occupant have the possession of my fathers (deceased) room since 2007 and now SRA had passed an order to vacate the illegal occupants which they challenged in this HC . I think its more than 10 years the Illegal Occupier have the possession of SRA Rehab buildings rooms which he suppose to vacate as per 3E order of SRA Dy.Collector. Please advice can I go to the court and ask the honorable Justice to pass an order the earliest as we are waiting for the possession since 10 years.

Sir experts .
I have a one doubt about on the lease agreement for Scheduled Caste person. I have a Land on National Highway-so one Scheduled Caste person Asking for Lease for the Pertol Bank for 20 yrs for paying rent. In future any problem in giving lease to SC person or any right to him after 20 yrs on that Land.

Dear All,
I need an advice related to non payment of salary to teachers. My wife is teacher in private school in Gurgaon. She and all other teacher of that schools have not received salaries for three months now. They have done demand of salary many times but management just keep delaying it. They all together went to Labor commissioner office yesterday and commissioner told them he can not take any action against the school as teachers don't fall under labor office.
Many of the teachers went on strike due to non payment of salary and in turn school terminated their job same day, though official offer letter says that one month of notice period is required.
Now my question is very obvious, how to get three month salary and also any legal action can be taken against such arbitrary decision of school.
Any help would be appreciated.

My boyfriend committed to me and started having sexual relationship with me. After 3 months, he told me his family might not get agree to our marriage, but promised talk to his family and convince them. In between, I also got pregnant but, he forced me to medically terminate my pregnancy and promised me to get married after completing his PhD. He remained in sexual relationship with me for almost 3 years. I asked him several times to talk to his family but he denied saying that he will talk but after completing his PhD. Recently, his family started seeing another girl for him for marriage and I asked him to talk to his parents about us but he didn't. Somehow, I informed his family but now both he and his family is denying of our marriage. Moreover, his mother started humiliating and abusing me and my family so badly.

Dear All,
Good evening ,
Need advice from this forum .
I am 75 + years old widow and had lost my son at his young age He had a son who was only 1.5 years old that time , now he is 9 years old .
After his demise his wife remarried and did not allow us to meet my grandson who was 3 yaers old that time .I had filled a case for cusody and meeting rights in 2013 in family court ,since then case is pending in the court. As a relief we were allowed to meet the kid once in a month for 1 hour in the court itself , which was of no use .
Our case was sent to mediation and after few sessions we have come to a mututal agreement where she agreed to send the kid to our house for 20 days in year ( for day spend only) . We agreed and mutual agrrement is signed in the court mediation .
Now final date has to come wherein the Honourable Judge has to dispose off the case on the basis of mutual agreement signed .
Now my query is - What , if , after disposal of this case , if she would stop obeying it . What remedy would be available to me . Would I need to file a fresh case again or the same case file could be revived .
Do I need to pray to Honorable Judge for any specfic mention of betrayal in the Order ?
Pls take your valueable time and suggest .

Dear Sir,
I was in a Pvt Sector Bank and my last posting was in Meerut as a senior officer. When my services were terminated I was at my residence on medical leave and the termination order was sent by e mail to my personal ID and the original was sent to my residential address in NOIDA.
The order was sent my by my Head Office in Mumbai though my department's regional office is also in NOIDA.
Please advise if I have to file a case against the Bank challenging the termination order & for relief and damages then where the case can be filed.
Please suggest a good lawyer based out of Delhi NCR expert in handling Bank service matters
