Water leakage in shop

I have a shop which is part of a cooperative housing society. There is water leakage in shop from flat terrace above my shop during monsoon season. Concerned Member and society have just given oral assurance but there is no substantial progress to resolve the issue. We have already written several letters to socety and also told that I will complaint to deputy registrar of cooperative society. What process should I follow to escalate this since member and society are delaying but not refusing to do. This issue is pending from last Sept 18.

Dear Sir,
we have filed the commercial civil suit before the commercial court of Delhi ,brief facts of the matter is both the party's entered in to an agreement and as per the terms respondent needs to take agreed fix quantity of goods from the plaintiff but he never did the same and always given false assurance for the same and due to negligence of the respondent side plaintiff faced huge loss and plaintiff filed the suit to recover his remaining goods damages(which is not taken by respondent as per the terms) now commercial court raised the query that whether this nature of the suit comes under the jurisdiction of commercial court or city civil court ? please suggest me citation for the same.
thanx.

Will

Father had made an unregistered WILL in 2000 in favour his wife. The Will was only notarized.

In 2004, he suffers from Cancer. Exploiting the situation, his first daughter had got the said property mentioned in the Will by way of "sale deed".

In 2009, the testator's wife (mother) had found out the Will and approached the Court to declare the sale (of the property mentioned in the Will) as null and void.

Please clarify whether the sale deed is valid without canceling the unregistered Will.
