Sir, Jan 14 my sister got abusive postal letters via post to her residence for which we filed a police complaint against some known people stating that they might have been did this crime as they only know our family matters. But police what they did they called both parties and without proper investigation they simply took their statement and asked them to write apology letter and filed 107 case for us.
Now we had ee received a notice from tahasildar(ex-magistrate) to present before them and asking us to furnish a bond of 5lack rupees... We don't know what exactly this 107 proceeding and we went to file a complaint regarding the anonymous letter but police filed 107 against us... What to do in this case as we don't want to furnish any bond and we didn't did any crime... Your suggestion may helpful for my stressed mother.. Please help us

Dear Sir/Ma'am
I belong to OBC (NCL) and my husband belongs to General Caste. My application for OBC (NCL) is rejected as the government officials said that only my husband's income will be considered in such a case. When I told them about Dopt mamorandum's point no. 8 uploaded on NCBC website stating that only parents' income will be considered, then they had another objection that even my caste has been changed after marriage. Sir, I seriously need this certificate. How can I prove that a person's caste does not change after marriage? Most of them are senior citizens and it is very difficult to make them listen to me. Kindly guide what should I do? By which document can I prove that a person's caste is determined by her birth? please help asap.

Greetings sir.,
I have >5yrs experienced in pvt hospital as a employee. Finally my resignation period i was getting 2 CL, ML, EL etc.
Now i joined another pvt hospital.,
Here they are telling I'm not eligible for ML, EL for 1 year completion of after joining date.
Now Only I'm eligible for CL, PH & D/O.
My queries.,
1. Is there any rules like they said?
2. If it's is available like what they said., why we won't allow eligible for ML in particularly working hospital area.,
3.We are not human?? We won't affect with any Cross infections.?
4. For in this rules i have loss pay of 4 days for past 3 months.
5. What I to do.?
Kindly explain me about sick /medical leave

I am working in a bank by mistake a wrong amount has been transferred to a customer account due to clerical error in the month of june 2018 and now the drawer of the cheque has informed the bank that excess amount has been transferred to the beneficiary account. We had contacted the beneficiary to return the excess amount credited to his account and he has agreed to return the amount at the earliest. In case he does not return the amount what are the course of action available to the bank.

respected experts . one of my client have been member of Bombay stock exchange operated and did business with Bombay stock exchange as medium .he says he has lost some money due to certain actions of Bombay stock exchange .now we require certain data from Bombay stock exchange .can we get information from it with right to information act .Please advice how to collect data from Bombay stock exchange legally to take certain legal steps

Hi All,
I got the passport with step-mother name unknowingly (I had confusion on mother name which was to give between step-mother & mother name during passport application). I have biological mother name in all other documents / certificates. Which causes an issue having different mother names.
Please suggest me to replace step-mother with biological mother name (She was died) in passport.

Hi my wife get maintenance 18000pm in dv act along with residence cost. Now she file divorce under HMP 13 1(1a). I also want divorce.she wants one time maintenance abt.50 lacks and shreedhan cost abt.10 lacs.My question is 1) maintenance in dv act will be closed after divorce or continue.? 2) I have no money any 50 lacs or more to give her then how court will decide maintenance after divorce? 3)I have right to say one time maintenance in divorce case? Plz kindly give my questions answer and not suggest to mutual divorce.i already says that I had no such huge money I.e. 50 to 60 lacs to give my wife.My wife always run behind money.she think that if demand 60 lacs in contested divorce then court will be give her at least 30 to 40 lacs.so she demand like such way.is that true?

a Property is self acquired by a man in 1992,he has a wife and only one son
the son is married in 2006 and is having a wife and one son
total 5 members in family who are hindus
the eldest Man since the beginning had habits of gambling drinking womanizing,but his wife still bared and didn't leave him and continued living with him for society's sake
the property is gifted from the man to the son in sept 2017
since 2018 the eldest man has been misbehaving with the entire family the wife the son the daughter in law and the grandson
the eldest man keeps threatening to the members i will sell this house to his brother who has been eyeing this mans man's property
Questions
1)Can the eldest Man sell the property to his brother or anyone else even though he has already gifted the property to his son and there is no revocation clause in the gift deed.He keeps threatening the family that i will sell this property even though he is aware the property is already gifted to his son and it is registered with the sub registrar in haveli mumbai Maharashtra.
Can the eldest man pretend or lie that he was forced to do the gift deed and get his property back in his name,the witness in gift deed was the eldest mans wife and his sons father in law
2)the eldest man keeps threatening the family members i will bring woman in this house i will gamble in this house,he will throw the family members out of the house,can he do that?
3)the family members are fed up of his regular harrassment and he is a senior citizen of 64yrs old still he keeps harrassing them
4)the eldest man is in retail business of garments and he and his wife are the partners in the firm
th business is a partnership firm which is registered and the place where business is conducted is a tenated premise since 1982,can the man sell his share to his brother without the wifes consent,there is a clause in partnership deed that mutually both partners can amend the partnership deed,the wife wants to surrender her share in partnership firm and put the sons name,can it be done

सर मेरे भाई ने एक child काे गाली देने तथा चिढाने पर उसकी पिटाई कर दिया ताे उसकी मां ने पुलिस complaint कर दिया , पुलिस से मेरे भाई कहा कि सर जब मे गली मे जा रहा ताे यह child मुझे चिढाने तथा गाली देने लगा मेरे लाख मना करने पर यह नही माना ताे मैने इसकी पिटाई करी ,लेकिन पुलिस ने मेरे भाई कि एक न सुनी और उसे जेल मे डाल दिया , सर अब मे अपने भाई कि जमानत कैसे करवाऊ? आैर जमानत मिलने मे कितना समय लगेगा

Order of civil court for appointment of court commissioner
Sir, In an FDP proceedings the Respondents refused to take the court summons and on the day fixed did not appear before the Court. they placed exparte and then the court was pleased to passed an order on I.A U/o 26 Rule 10 of CPC by allowing it and Court commissioner was appointed. Subsequently on board application the Respondents filed IAs to set aside previous order as well as recall order of appointment of court commissioner under Sec 151 of CPC.
whether court can recall its own order passed under order 26 rule 10 of CPC
