From company I did not Recive any call letter/appointment letter/joining letter and I am not signing any document or letter till today in that condition bond is applicable or not

I got calls from debt collectors and then they called my friends as well for my debt. This was the first emi overdue not over 30 days. Can they call my friends for my loan? Does the law permits them to do so? And they gave falsifying information about the loan amount and said they are calling from CIBIL bureau. Can I take any legal action against them ? I'm already paying them the amoumt and still they are harassing me .
Please advice...

District consumer court Delhi vide case no 503/2016 held Renault India CEO summit Sawhney guilty and ordered refund of car payment with penalty but as you know legal team Renault is strong, cannot take this insult, filed an appeal at Delhi state commission date is 28/5/19. I have self fought the case at district court and shall be contesting case at State commission. I wish to seek your legal department help in this regard to submit reply and argument in the case. Renault lawyer had taken plea u/s 13(1) C.P.Act 1986. but failed to mention the burnt car lying at their workshop from very day accident occurred. Renault people towed away car promising new car will be provided in replacement but later backed out. They did't repaired car under New Car warranty. The Car was 5 month old car, ran only 1750 km, when incident occurred. The Insurance claim was rejected since Renault did not provided Insurance co. the technical report. Renault in order to explore market have made this car using cheap variants and parts, which had caused fire, There are reports of fire in Kwid car, in at least 10 more cases.
I seek guidance, I shall be very obliged for this favour.The car was first lot of Kwid car launched in Delhi and after the fire incidence, Renault stopped production of Kwid car for a month to fix engine problem and recalled 50,000 kwid car. This is well documented in news paper. Regards

Hi sir,
I am planning to buy a plot from X in sy no128/2.
but 128/2 is 7.76 acres .
128/2 is owned by A.
A sold 2 acres to X
A sold 2 acres to Y
A sold 2 acres to Z
A sold 1.76 acres to M.
X applied for Subdivision of survey number.
survey done.
subdivision statement prepared and gave sy no 128/2C in X name.
but mro sign is pending since 3 months.
if I get sale deed with sy no 128/2 now.
after getting mro approval ,
can i rectify document with 128/2C instead of 128/2 by paying minimum stamp duty?
is it possible?

Hello sir... I have one query. In the year 2014 I started my MA(Regular) and just after the completion of 1st year(2 semesters), I got selected in LIC as a Development Officer in 2015. After that while being in this job I also completed my remaining 2 semesters (till 2016). Although they granted me permission for this but it was just verbally, nothing in written. Then I resigned form LIC in 2017 March. Now, this year(2019), I got selected in Public Sector Bank as a 'Rajbhasha Adhikari' on the basis of that MA degree. Now the question is that will this create any kind of problem in the future as I completed my MA while I was in job. Because somewhere I heard that we cannot do any regular course along with any job..Please help me .. I m really worried about this...
