I am Ex-member of the Hsg. Socy and now staying as a caretaker. Can I file appeal to the Registrar of Co-op. Hsg. Socy. regarding dispute of arrears in society charges amounting to Rs.80,000/ approx. Please advise.

I own the promissory note case and mater was sending to official receiver for taking possession of property and conduct auction of such property, but official receiver did not act accordingly, he delays case from six years what options are available to me act against official receiver

My father died in September 2010 leaving behind two daughters viz myself and my younger sister both married and my mother is predeceased in 1990.My sisister leaving Mumbai and myself in Kolkata .We have 2 storied building and my sister got a separate electric meter in her name for the 2nd story but due to non payment of Bill meter is recently disconnected.I am letting the Ist floor on hire.I have several time asks for partition but my sister is not cooperating.How can I proceed,.

Dear sir . My problem related gift deed. I want know . Who can do gift. Detail given below My grandfather purchase a property in 1965. My grandfather have two wife, first wife died 1948. After her death my grandfather got married with kanti devi. Kanti devi have no any child. My grandfather expired 1996. And now 2003 my step grandmother execute a gift deed favour of out of family members. Please suggest .What I do.

Hello experts,
I have filed for divorce from my wife 3 months ago. We got married as per Sunni muslim. We don't have children. Our hearing is next month. I want to know whether my wife can now go to police and file a false report saying I told her triple talaq or whether her complaint will not be accepted as I already initiated the divorce proceedings from my side. Please suggest as my mother is alone and I can't afford to go to jail.

Hi Sir Iam a graduate(B tech completed).last year I get caught by police for drunk and drive.And an FIR was filed against me for drunk and drive.The court fined me 2500/- and three days jail. Now iam preparing for government jobs.Will this drunk and drive FIR case cause be any problem for getting government jobs. Please answer. Thanking you in advance.

i naeem khan have house in village named Jamkhed since 2005.
now in 2019 my elder brother filed case that all having equal shares in this house.
my father died in 1983. after that only my mother brought up we all six brother and sister.
my mother give this house land in 2005 by everybody's confirmation including my sisters and two elder brother because she already given home to my elder brothers in mumbai and she dont have anything except this only land..
my mother died in 2009.
when she give me this land ,there was no house. after that i build home step by step by my own earnings. i made this small land like heaven.
now this two elder brother torching me that they also want this place while they own given verbally confirmation to our mother.
please advice what to do now.
is it lawful to harrash me by my elder brothers

Sir,
I have a driving license to drive two-wheeler issued in the state of Goa in 2009. However, I have now shifted to Kerala and am a permanent resident here. I am intending to take a license for driving four wheeler. Since, the original license (two wheeler) is issued in Goa, I am told that its not possible to add a class of vehicle to existing driving license in Kerala. Please advise what can be done in this case to avoid holding two different driving license issued from two different states for driving different class of vehicles.
