Sir, security service p ltd 15 member are working in 3 years the security service ltd. is deducted pf amount in share of their salary.but security service p ltd share is not deducted and depositd in PF account. the security service contract agreement is completed. But the PF amount did not settled and deposited in their pf accounts. so what is the procedure of require the PF amount from the security service p ltd.,

Sir I was applying for central notary on november 2010,to notary cell, dept.of law & justice,through the judicial magistrate under the new provision of notary act.But their not taking any action, so what i do and status of my application.please advice me. thanking you sir

sir, onthe night of 6-8-09 some unknown culprits committed theft of 3 spans of conductor wire worthh Rs.6000 from the fields belongs to the electricity deportment.on the reportof lw1,the police registered case and investigated into.oncredible information 22-9-2009 at 17.00 hrs police arrested.since the accused confessed the offence at police station.the entire event incorporated under the cover of the mediators. and filed a charge sheet inthis above. so what is the cross examination and arguement agianst the prosecution. please give me electrical amendment act and ciatitions inthis case.thanking you sir.

My total land documents and passbooks are in my dad,s name some of my lands are my dad newly bought due to some problems my dad wants to put agreement to sell my land the prblem is my dad,s sister is asking half share of my property she got married since 1970 they are having more lands in thier place is there any chance to get share of my property pls provide assistance i get confused.

I am working in a govt sector and my husband has very less income to show in black and white. I am living separated from my husband and he does not give any maintainece to the minor kids who are with me. Although Sec 125, 13,24, are pending but I have not got even a single penny from him . What should I do ?

[Provided that,-
(a) when the hearing of the suit has commenced, it shall be continued from day-to-day unti 1 all the witnesses in attendance have been examined, unless the Court finds that, for the exceptional reasons to be recorded by it, the adjournment of the hearing beyond the following day is necessary.
Query : what do u mean by examined whether it is cross examination or chief examintaion pls elaborate the meaning of it becasue as per the sub clause (a) we cant take the adjourment till the (all the witnesses in attendance have been examined) so what exaclty does it like to convey us.

dismissed the suit declaration and title
lower court dismiss the suit,the plaintiff not giving the section 80 notice to govt.the plaintiff is not preapered any appeal. that after 3 years the defendent digging the channal through the plaintiffs land without paying any compensation, that the plaintiffs filing suit against the pwd for injunction, possession and declaration of title,basinging on the regd.sale deeds, the defendants filing the copy judgement and decree previously passed by the same court,that the lower court examined as pw1 to pw3 for plaintiffs side and examined as defendent for irregation assistant engineer,so the lower court pronounce the judgement the result is suit is dismissed,basinging on the perviously judgement and decree.so what ground taking the appeal and give any judgements in this regard.
