in case expairy of the filing the case of 30+15 what is the procedure of the cheque bounce.the cout is not taking onthe file,what will we do.

You could have filed a delay condone application by giving reasonable grounds.

If the limitation period to deposit cheque is subsisting, you may create another cause of action. otherwise you have only option as suggested by Mr. Rajoo.

Once a notice under Section 138 has been issued, fresh cause of action cannot be created by re-presenting the cheque.

You can file a summary suit under Order-XXXVII CPC.
