I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT A PERSON BY PROFESSION LAWYER IS WORKING IN A COMPANY AS A LEGAL PERSON WITHOUT INFORMING THE BAR COUNCIL, CAN IT AMOUNTS TO PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT OR THERE IS ANY PROVISIONS THAT THE PRACTICING LAWYER SHOULD NOT WORK AS LEGAL EMPLOYEE OF A COMPANY>>>>>>>>>>>>>

please tell me the way i can able to file case against a girl. who ditch me after in touch for years, come to my family also assure every one to get marry than stop every thing. why she play such game i don't know that. sir i am not able to forget her in any sense and i m suffering alot with mental tension and health problem also. and she is enjoying. plz reply me sir what can i do in this case.. help me out sir.

Dear Sir,
On 25 April, 2010 there was the typing test of LDC Exam 2009 of the condidates who was successfully selected from Written test.
I was the one among these.. Sir, on that date..typing test exam must had been held for 10 min in the first session ( in sant nirankari school, nirankari colony).. but we all students ( approx. 2000 students ) had given just 5.25 min. ..after it all the students including parents did call to police and the then the related judge , who had come for test...said there must be a new revise test but he did not return our first wrong typing anwer sheet... when we check the result which is declared yesterday, i got we all the student who have given exam in first session become failed and our first typing test answer sheet ( of 5.25 min. ) is counted.....Sir, thats not fair....
i had done a very much hardwork for this exam
please check this fraud....and help us..
for this you can check result on internet ( delhi district court ).

can my elder sister give me, power of attorney to execute registration of release deed in favour of our brother , she lives out of the country, she is my real sister and we want to release it in favour of our real brother. can i legally do it on her behalf .we both are married.

Subsequent to a partnership deed between certain parties, an agreement is made between the same parties. Then a dispute arises with regard to the Agreement. The Agreement does not have an arbitration clause but the partnership deed does. Can one revert to that arbitration clause for the purpose of the Agreement?

Stamp duty charges on collaboration/ development agreement
I want to know the stamp duty charges leviable on the jointventure/ collaboration/ development agreement between the land owing company and developer company. the agreement for development of land and the consideration is revenue sharing after the sale proceeds.
Please tell me how much stamp duty will be leviable in haryana on this documents or the documents can be registered in normal course without any stamp duty.
i want to get the development/ collaboration agreement registered in Gurgaon Haryana.
Please give your valuable opinion on the same at the earliest.
