can my elder sister give me, power of attorney to execute registration of release deed in favour of our brother , she lives out of the country, she is my real sister and we want to release it in favour of our real brother. can i legally do it on her behalf .we both are married.

Your sister can execute a registered special power of attorney in your favour, and by virtue of that S.P.A. you can execute registration of release deed in favour of our brother.

a special power deed can executed for execution of sale

For executing a release deed, agent can be appointed by executing a Special POA to some terms and conditions and schedule to be mentioned clearly
