Sir/Mam

Recently my car met with an accident. while travelling on main road a vehicle parked at road side took reverse and hit left side of my car. My cars back doar and body damaged. the driver of the other car admitted his mistake and came to the police station and gave in writing that mistake is on his part. further the driver agreed to pay the deprecation value against the insurance claim. the above facts were made as statement at police station and GD receipt was given by the concerned police (FIR not filed) for claiming insurance.

But now the driver is not agreeing to pay the difference amount and trying to cheat.

In this circumstances it is requested to give suggestion to recover the excess amount from the driver.
