hello sir,

what are the requirements for opening a BPO. ??

if some one already has a BPO licence ,but some foreign clients are interested to contract with my company . can my company take his licence on lease and then contract with the foreing client and work?

Hypothecation with tata motors finance

Respected Members,
My client had dealt with Tata motors Finance Company and obtained a loan for Rs. 1,68,000 for Tata Nano Car.
He used It for 4-5 months and paid the installments for 4-5 months. then he surrendered the car..
the finance compahny is now demanding Rs. 1,35,000 and are saying that they sold the car for 42000 only.. what defence can i take.. and are calling the client to bombay..
what act will apply on it...\
plzz answer is there any act which applies on laon/ hypothecation agreements

Because i have got a letter in reply to my apllication under RTI,2005 that , we will only supply the information if asked in formA

Interim relief cpc o.39, r 1&2

dear users i want a judgement for the following query

our shop is adjoining to neighbours shop..middle wall shared by both..
neighbour shopkeeper have made sunshade.projection on all the sides of their shop. so their projection/sunshade also touched our shop from the front. now they are trying to raise construction over that wall i.e over projection/sunshade which is going to considerably cover a large front of my shop..
plzz sugggest some judgements

while administering oath If Magistrate administers oath while recording Confession under section 164 Cr.P.C. Is it??

a)good in law and admissible
b)good in law but inadmissible
c)bad in law but admissible
d)bad in law as well as inadmissble

IS HE CONDUCTING AN INQUIRY OR A TRIAL OR BOTH??
