i submitted a appeal in state administrative tribunal in the month of sept.2013 but nothing happen expect giving dates so as per advise of my lawyer i submitted withdrawal application and tribunal rejected my appeal as withdrawn .later on i filled appeal in high court on hearning someone filled a application under 1/10 for making party and pleaded that i can not filled writ in highcourt because i had withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a fresh.kindly guide with rulling

a and b execute a agreement with c to sell a land in may 2007 and received 10 lac as advance, the registration to be done within 3 month after final payment.but the same could not be done due to buyers inability to pay later on buyer paid one crore through 5 cheque and both the party agreed to execute sale deed within next 3 month. a got his cheque encashed for 10 lac but remaining cheque dishonoured. a nd b gave a notice in jan. 2008 to pay and execute sale deed but buyer c didnot respond. lateron a died in 2011 and his decedent along with b sell the land to another party. now c has got registerd a case against a's decendent and b for cheating. is there any criminal liabilty of a'decedent and b in this matter

sir, a officer is getting outstanding APR for last 5 - 6 years but last year superoir officer down graded the officer and give remarks WORK FOUND SATISFACTORY HOWEVER HE MAY BE TREATE AS GOOD. OVER ALL GRADING GOOD,reviewing officer and accepting officer also given good grading . what remedies are available to officer. kindly advise with case citation.

a man residing in alwar goes to in law residing in other city [delhi],they cofined him and demanded 10 lac for release from his father.later on he was got released by alwar police , can in laws be tried in alwar,if yes under what section of law

two cops were on duty in the evening , both carrying pistol . pistol of one of them got some problem other tried to correct and a round got fired by which other one shot dead, what is the offence 304 or 304 a ipc

minining in forest area of aravali hills in prohibited, if some one mines massonary stone and transport it from rajasthan to haryana,what offence he will be charged, can owner of vehicle transporting illegal mined stone be prosecuted. please mention section and rule

a married women died in suspicious circumstances/suicides in her in -laws house . a case against husband, father in law, mother in law , sister in law were registered u/s 304 b IPC,police arrested husband and father in law u/s 304b and they r in j/c for last 70 days,now if police found after through investigation that there was no demand of dowry soon before death and lady suicides due to failure in exam and business/partnership disputes between brother of lady and husband and father in law .what are the option before police, can they put up challan under section 498a-306 ipc or it is mandatory tp prosecute u/s 304 b ipc on the basis of relatives statement.[113 evidence act presumtion]

a and b files a civil suit against c for specific performance of a unregisterd agreement, later on c makes compromise giving some cash/land and on the basis of court closes the case as withdrawn on the basis of compromise, later on c filed a fir u/s 420, 467 , 471 etc against a and b along with others alleging that the agreement was fradulent /forged. can a and b can be challened by police in this case.
