Dear Experts
I am posting this for one of my friend as under:
My friend A was working with a private big fortune 500 company. He has been told to resign due to health ground (He has passed through a Major stomach surgery)and he submitted resignation to his boss. He has taken loan from the company earlier. After resignation company is asking for repayment of loan and my friend is not in condition to repay back the loan due to ill health and not joining any job.
The said company kept in hold the EPF amount of my friend . I only want to know whether EPF trust of any company can hold EPF for recovery of any loan due to company.

My query is
1.Land acquired through LA Act/LARR-2013 for industry, want to know what will be the status of Ownership. whether Requiring body will have title over that land?
2. Can that land be sold?
3. Can that land be mortgaged for taking Loans from Banks?
I request to kindly reply the answer & oblige.

gud eve sir/madam. I am rashmi from uttarakhand fighting for divorce from my husband who I don't like at all since april 2014. my parents married me forcefully in dec 2013. continuous hearings are going in the high court but my husband came only once in the court. he and his family also not showing any interest in the case. I am in agreat mental tension which I have told to his family many times but they are not listening to me. I want to know what can I do next to get divorce as fast as I can.
is it so that if there is no response from my husband's side, I will not get divorce from the court then in future. I want quick divorce as the boy I love is still waiting for me. pls help me and guide with the best solution so that I can also live happily with my guy waiting for quick and fruitful reply

I'm also an adv but not deal in I/taxes, my query is one man A resigned a company giving letter of resignation & 3 month notice period amount to be realised from his dues to company, company realised the same & issued a certificate of the said amount realised. Then A applied for reimbursement of the deducted notice pay to the present company as per their terms of joining. The present company paid the amount but deducted Rs 69000/- as income tax . My query is that whether the deduction made by the present company is lawful as previous Co has deducted Rs 225000/- as 3 month notice period amount. &The amount is not income this is the amount compensated by present Co in lieu of amt realised by previous Co. It's urgent I request learned experts to kindly sort out my query & oblige.

i filed a dioverse case agiinst my wife . afther that she has filed 498 a case against all my family. my marriage solominised in 1999. we have filed a quashing of fir in high court patna. but court of anjana prakash has rejected my petition.we want file a petition in supreme court. can u advice me in this matter.

A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY ENTERED INTO A REGISTERED AGREEMENT WITH A PARTY TO ACQUIRE A LAND WITH A CONSIDERATION OF RS. 10,00,000 /- AND MADE A PART PAYMENT OF RS. 2,00,000 /- BUT BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION OF THE LAND THE COMPANY SOLD THE LAND TO THIRD PARTY UPON A CONSIDERATION OF RS. 12,00,000/- , NOW THE QUESTION IS HOW THE PROFIT OF RS. 2,00,000/- WOULD BE TREATED IN THE HAND OF THE COMPANY . WHETHER IT IS CAPITAL GAIN / SPECULATIVE INCOME / OTHER INCOME.

Respectful salutations esteemed experts,
My query concerns examination of complainant:-
During examination in chief:-
1. Can absolutely new allegations and alleged facts which have not been mentioned in the FIR nor in statement u/s 161 CrPC be recorded by Court? Please note that the same were objected to but though the objections were reflected, these new allegations and statements have been brought on record.
2. (Kindly ignore question if answer to the above is "no illegality in what court did).
But if your answer is that such a thing cannot be done then:- what can I do about it?
During cross examination
As cross examination could not be completed due to shortage of time, Court had to defer it by about 10 days. My query:- in the interim, can I apply for and get certified copies of the depositions already recorded.

my boyfriend has done sex with me with my consent 4times and squeezed my hymen so that i may not go and marry another guy.But now he is not agreeing to marry me.I told his parents since he is trying to cheat me.But still he and his parents are not agreeing and threatning me that do what ever you want but we are not interested.Since his father is a Railway driver he is giving me threats saying that he will commit sucide if i will call him and report to his officer so please give me legal advice.To lodge rape case against my boyfriend i dont have any proofs except photos of him with me but i have voice recordings he threatning me asking me to die,telling me that he had sexual intercourse etc. Are they enough to lodge a rape case

Within a year how namy FIR can be filed on the same person ? Whether new FIR can be filed for the same section , or the old FIR can be amended?

Threat fron a girl to file case against me u/s 376,420 etc
One of my friend had a relation since 2013 with a girl named A as GF/BF, when he was preparing for MBBS, now he become Docter then only she started to threat file the case on me telling that I have promised to marry her which is false, as she is adament to marry me and has moved to police station Mahila Thana and put there a written complaint regarding" Our physical relation happened on the promise to marry. otherwise i will have to face dire cosiquences in the form of criminal case u/s 376 & 420. Police stn Incharged called me over phone and called in Police station otherwise case will be instituted against me. Now as I dont want to marry her nor i have promised her to marry. I have send my ather to PS but SHO is calling me, there is chance SHO will institute the FIR and i will be arrested on spot in Police station, thinking this I have not visited Thana, now the SHO is telling FIR will be instituted,
May pls advice what to do in the case she file the FIR then I will have to take bail
requested to kindly provide urs valuable advice and some SC judgements in which physical relation was in fiendship but now she s telling to marry which is not possible for me.
