Now-a-days it’s a common practice to all the IT and Non-IT companies and even MNS to issue the Payslips online. That is generating the payslips in software and emailing the same especially mentioning that “As it is systems generated payslip, no signature is required.”
Ours is a pvt transport company. We used to issue the payslips generated by software in hardopy duly singed by me and company stamp. Now, I would like to forward all the payslips to all just in softcopy only. Besides, it’s a common practice for us to maintain salary register as well as hard copies of wage slips.
We have daily as well as monthly workers.
But some people are against it. Is it wrong ?
Is there any law in india to stop functioning of Mobile Tower from residential area.If any notification either from High Court / Supreme court kindly send. OR please guide how the functioning can be stopped as it is very dangerous.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY NOTICE OF PAY. IF AN EMPLOYEE GIVES ONE MONTH NOTICE, IS IT MANDATORY FOR HIM TO COME TO THE OFFICE EVERYDAY? IF HE COMES TO THE OFFICE AND DOES DAILY WORK/HANDING OVER WORK, WHETHER HE SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL ALLOWANCES INCLUDING BASIC PAY AND DA. CAN YOU DEDUCT PF FROM NOTICE OF PAY AMOUNT. KINDLY CLARIFY WITH DETAILS

Is there change in the definition of workmen under any of the labour laws recently. Also I request for latest modification in eligibility criteria, as in the case of bonus act, where the eligibility has been modified from Rs.3500/- to Rs.10000/-

Please throw some light on this Qery.
A COMPANY has been deducting PF/ESI voluntarily from the consolidated payment made to one of the Trainees for more than 1.5 years with proper registration and all that. Now they have offered the trainee a firm appointment on regular terms. Her revised emoluments were based on Company's Grades and other perquisites. Though the total revised salary is higher , yet the Basic salary is lower than the stipend previously given to her, resulting in less deduction of PF.
Is this allowed under the PF act? What are the implications and other rules on this behalf.
