I was thinking I may get Gratuty after rendering 5 years of serving.
Kindly advice on the following

2. whether I am elegible to get gratuty or not?
3.What is the difference between Resignation and allowed to resign?

Dear Experts,
We often read in the newspaper about the various NGO's filing several PILs in the High courts and Supreme Court.
Q1: since an NGO is a non-profitable organization, then how does it make such a financial fund to pay the court expenses, advocate's fees etc.?
Q2: Whether an NGO can be used as a kind of business to make money?
Q3: Or, are there some legally allowed methods to make money for particular types of NGOs?
If yes, which types of NGOs are these?
With Regards

Hi,
Under which Act it is written that salary/wage should be paid within 7 days of the expiry of the salary/wage period.
NON ISSUE OF GOLD COIN -SILVER JUBLEE YEAR
Sir,
I am putting in brivity the following for your advise.
1. A gold coin of 40 grams was announced on the eve of celebration of SILVER JUBLEE YEAR (50 years completion) on 27.11.2007 those who are on rolles on that day.
5.I was asociated with that company in executive cadre till 10.08.2008 and resigned and joined in another PSU
2.The above gold coin is issued during 2009-2010 irrespective of the length of service/performance to those who are on rolls.
3. No gold coin issued to those who have retired before 27.11.2007 irrespective of their length of service.
4. Gold coin also issued to the employees who have just joined say 01.11.2007.
6. I was not issued the above GOLD coin.
7. I have taken up the issue with the company through email/regd post but no reply received.
8 At last I have sought the reason under RTI Act.
9 They acknowledged my letter but stated that since this is of personnel claim nature and does not cover under RTI Act and accordingly no reason stated for non issual of GOLD Coin.
10. Had the Gold coin issued before 10.08.2008, I would have got it.
11. Abnormal delay in procurement of GOLD coins does not change the eligibility of the employees for the issual of the coin.
In view of the above, I sought your valuable advice for the course of action that I can take. Since the denial of issue of Gold Coin is not just and equitable.
Thanking you
Yours truely
