Learned member Mr Rahul posted on 5.8.2010 about passing of Industrial Disputes (Amendment) Bill,2010 by Rajya Sabha on 3.8.2010.

Can learned friends help me in getting a gazette notification re. this amendment viz. Appropriate Government Sec. 2(a) of I.D.Act & the rest.

S.O. 2278(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Industrial Disputes (Amendment)
Act, 2010 (24 of 2010), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15 th Day of September, 2010, as the date on which
the said Act shall come into force.
