Sir ,Good morning.
We are working as a contractual Nursing Staff since last year ,especially they have posted for covid duty in railway hospitals ..We would like to know whether there is any possibility for us to become permanent. During pandemic situation and still we are providing services to patient without any hesitation. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide any suggestions or ideas regarding this.Thank you

Dear sir,
I am working in finance company as a regional manager due to pandemic situation many clients are not paying emi regularly hence I am not able meet the company expectations because of this reason my superior taking action against me by putting one week loss pay. Is it legal and can I fight against this. Pls help me in this regard.

Respected Experts,
I had worked in my previous company for 7 years and left before 2 and half year, filed case and won, order passed in my favor before 2 and half year approx, and I am still waiting for recovery certificate from Labor Commissioner office, Ahmedabad (Shram Bhavan, Khanpur, Ahmedabad). Don't have any clue why they are delaying it intentionally or unintentionally since whenever I go there for followup their concerned person may be clear kept saying for further a week or 10 days or so but never proceeded. Even I had followed up with assistant labor commissioner but no luck.
Please let me know what should I do to get my gratuity without any further delay.

I am a single mother of a 1 yr old daughter, i live alone with my daughter along with a maid. I have received appointment letter as presiding officer for upcoming election duty. It's not possible to leave my daughter on the mercy of servant and neighbours for 2 consecutive days. I tried 2 times to submit my application regarding exemption from election duty, but the Election officer did not pay heed to my request, even he didn't received my letter..pls tell me what should i do, i can't take risk with my baby's life

Hi
I am selected by a xyz company its want me to join with in 15 days. In the current company I am having 8 weeks notice period. Already after getting offer in xyz company I resigned and am surviving notice period too. I completed 2 weeks already, But am trying for early relieving but they are not even responding to my mails. Am done with my KTs and all. I Don't have dependency too.
New company they won't wait Upto 8 weeks if I can't join they will cancel my offer letter.
For me this job is very important. Bcz current company situation is not good. They planning to close soon but not revealing officially.
Please suggest me what I have to do.

Respected Learned Experts. I am Central Government employee who had been compulsorily retired subsequent to a departmental enquiry. There was a criminal case pending at the time of my compulsory retirement on the same grounds of departmental enquiry. I had been paid with provisional pension as per CCS (Pension) Rules after compulsory retirement. Thereafter, I had been convicted by the Trial court under Cr.PC. Now the conviction order was stayed by the High Court as I had preferred Criminal Appeal. Subsequent to my conviction, my department has issued me a show cause notice for reduction in pension. Now an order of reduction in pension to 40% was imposed by the under secretary of Government of India. Whether penalty of reduction in pension be imposed when the grounds of the departmental enquiry and the criminal case was one and the same. The department has already retired me compulsorily and now reduction in pension on the same set of facts based on the conviction order by the Trial Court is permissible in Law. Please clarify.

i have been promoted to group b gazzted post from non gazzeted post in central govt deptt..but due to some family and health issues i want reversal of promotion..is it possible to take reversal.. our promotion is done on ad hoc basis

Unfair, illegal use of watchman services by rwa president
Dear experts,
I own an apartment in Hyderabad. The president of our RWA has been regularly using the watchman to do personal services for him such as carry rice bags, groceries, and luggage etc. and many other works. The poor watchman and his family fear for their livelihood and hence they do all those for him. The other residents don't raise a voice also due to fear and closeness to him. There is clear stipulation in our bylaws that watchman shall never be employed by anyone in this manner.
The watchman is from Backward Caste and the president is forward caste. Recently, the watchman couple have also been suffering from problems like back pain and yet they do services for him and sometimes for the secretary also out of fear.
I would like to stop this unfairness and also force them to compensate the watchman for free services that they have been oppressively obtaining from him for the last 6 years.
How to go about this? Can I file a complaint with the labour commissioner and/or the BC welfare committee or is there any other department or official?
Your answer will do justice for a poor family who is undergoing injustice for a few years now. So I hope you will show some compassion.
