Sir Iam a railway group D employee appointed in 27 Apr 2012 before 2011 I done B.A. corresponding(distance) course and completed in 2014 I given updating my education qualification in my service book senior dpo Hubli rejected my application you didn't not taken permission how to add my education qualification in my service book sir

The action of DPO Hubli is correct. Though you started your distance course before joining a Government service, you must inform the authority and get permission to continue the studies. The permission will be issued in most all cases.

You can represent the fact to the raiways stating that registering the additional qualification in no wat tilt your qualification hindering others, ad any claim will be made in future.Your request hould impress that the pains you took will at least a solace for you.
