lied in both railway E.R. and SER as M.P.and ITI minimum as per adv. 2012 Unfotunatly i miss to mention about my Highersecondary . . I had been selected first Southeast Rly 2013.southeasyernrly encloseHS at attention from and pvr H.S. certificate . . Ihad been farther selected Eastern rail at same post . I had took technical resignation and joined Erly2015 . but at the time of attestion I informed Erly about my H.S. qualification but they ignored as per my application .my service continuing from Serly to Erly. My service book will come from Serly to ERly.i to applied wpo for adding H.s> certificate .but ignore to recived to accepcected my requst letter. . eastern rail way sent farther pvr madhy mik and iti can it problem pvr without H.S.. Shall i be punished suppressed fact .how I add my h.s. or how mercy for my mistake

One of our employee died during office hours having heavy chest pain after admitting into the hospital,there was treatment also given. Even then he is not survived.Age 28 years and unmarried. Can we claim under WC policy for his compensation.

Sir what is difference between termination and dismissal. When a dept can take action of termination and in which condition it takes decision of dismissal. Can any one applied for new govt job after termination or dismissal. What is consequences of it if any one apply for new job.

Respected Learned members,
As per service rule of my cadre an employee is eligible for promotion to the post of Accounts Officer provided he has rendered 6 yrs of service as Sr. Accountant.
In 2009, the govt reviewed the cadre strength and 10 post of Accounts Officer were increased. Myself and other 9 were given promotion to the post of Accounts Officer on officiating capacity only in January 2009 as we were yet to complete 3 months more service as Sr. Accountant.
But the Govt. absorbed us as Accounts Officer under Substantive Capacity in July 2013 only as a result our next promotion is going to be due in 2018 only.(again 6 yrs from date of absorption in substantive capacity as AO)
Our request to the Govt is that since we held the charge of Accounts Officer in 2009 and no doubt we have not qualified to be absorbed under Substantive Capacity just by 3 months so the confirmation as substantive post may be treated at least from April or May 2009 thereby treating us to have rendered 6 yrs of service under substantive capacity as AO so that there may not be loss of 4 and half years in our seniority.
But the DOPT is not ready to accept our request.
So my request to the learned members is to provide necessary support if anything can be done in this matter or not.

The date of birth of an employee was recorded as 19-12-1945 at the EPF office. But his actual date of birth is 19-12-1944. The mistake has been traced only now as the employee applied for weightage in pension.The EPF office refuse to correct its records stating there is no provision for making corrections after a lapse of 12 years.The EPF Appellate Tribunal also declined stating such cases are not taken up at the Tribunal. What is the remedy?

Resignation due to personal reasons
I joined central govt service 2 months back.After my joining in the current organisation i was also selected in another central govt dept at higher pay scale.I applied and was interviewed for new job prior to joining current job.Now i have to resign from my current job.I am thinking to resign from current job by giving personal reasons.Will I get relieving letter in this case.i need relieving order in my new job.Please Advice
