Resignation due to personal reasons

I joined central govt service 2 months back.After my joining in the current organisation i was also selected in another central govt dept at higher pay scale.I applied and was interviewed for new job prior to joining current job.Now i have to resign from my current job.I am thinking to resign from current job by giving personal reasons.Will I get relieving letter in this case.i need relieving order in my new job.Please Advice

There seems no reason to hide the truth.

Whether you have entered into some contract with the present assignment to serve for a particular period?

Avoid concealing from superiors.
