Employee Termination

Hi All, Please suggest that on what grounds can a company may terminate its employee.
Further, can the grounds like insubordination & not willing to work be valid for termination?
In addition to this please also suggest how much it is valid for the company to persuade an employee forcefully to resign on the grounds of insubordination. Can a legal suit be filed in the court of law in case a person is forced to resign from the company. The manager is not willing to give anything related to this in writing. Please suggest. Thanks

EPF related query

I was appointed in an educational institution in July, 2001. I have served notice period and shall leave the organization in September, 2011. The first year i.e. 2001-02 I was on probation and accordingly EPF was not deducted from salary. EPF was deducted only from second year i.e. July 2002. Am I eligible for Pension? I know I shall not be completing 10 years of continuous contribution to EPF. I am moving to an organization which does not have EPF facility. I wish to avail Pension, so let me know if there is any way out.

harrassment in APSRTC

sir, i suffered many times with my Traffic Supervisor like for leave, duty, signature in duty chart. for example - even i attends the office to sign in the duty chart, my officer kept aside the same and orders to go home and kept to wait in the office till evening, I questioned why the duty chart was not made to sign therein. he abused with filthy language. I recorded the matter taken place on that time.Previously i posted through register post to Depot.manager and Regional manager, i had not get any response to that.
He is going to retirement on 30th of this month.
can i get advice what to do now.
