Dear All
Its all about private employers, who pressure employees to work more and stretch beyond the limited hours in fact even on off days employees work hard, so that at the end of year they shall be rated outstanding and earn good appraisals,employee lose personal life and health,some of them are bound as they have to earn for food. do we don't have any law for this, if its there who is taking care of it,is there any raiding officer who can check employee in and out time and can fine the employer,many lives will find a better life if its done,please show some way.

i am central govt. employee, and my organisation has service term condition for transfers. My marraige has taken place in mean time and i require a transfer in another state but i am not given due to my service term. My spouse is in private sector. Is there any clause where i can seek transfer due to marraige.

An Applicant is UPSC cnadidate on the post of Assit Commissioner fied condonation of delay.The issue is after rejecting the Statutory appeal by his appellate authority he preferred a Revision application as per Rule 29 than the Review application as per Rule 29 A the said revision filed in May , 2008 but Department did not reply on the same till Mar 2011 then he filed a reminder application to dept to decide his revision app however dept replied that the Revision is not maintainable. Then immediately he realized his mistake and filed an application to Dept requested therein to amend his application title from revision to review and decide the same however as he did not received reply he filed Original application In CAT in Aug ,2011 against the Original penalty order and appellate order now the Q is Respondent saying that as per Sec 21 of the Administrative Tribunal Actthere is a delay so pls explain how i argue to condon the delay pls provide me the Judgements on this Points pls sir

R/SIR, I AM VIJAY KUMAR AN EX SERVICEMAN RETIRED ON 01/01/2010 AND RE-EMPLOYED IN INDIA POST ON 25/02/2011 AS A POSTAL ASSISTANT. I WANT TO KNOW THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR PAY PROTECTION OR NOT FROM POSTAL SERVICE.

Sir i am working in central railway as khalasi now i have cleared the SSC tier one exam but i havent applied for the NOC from railway to attend the exam, now i have applied for the NOC, but i really want to leave this job so what should i do if they dont issue me the NOC or they dont allow me to join the another PSU if i cleared the TIER II exam thanks

Kindly request for your valuable suggestion.
I was working in of the xxx company in Hyderabad from past 8 months. The company did nt pay my July salary till now. I asked my July salary in August mid. The Hr answer me that he will give by end of August. On 31 August the Hr gave me termination letter and said based on your performance management terminated me. Hr said im terminated with out any notice as I am on probation. Actually my probation ended in june. He didn't made me permanent. Actually the fact is I am asking salary management decided to terminate me. Management said that the will settle my July salary by end of August and August salary after full and final settlement. But they didnt paid my July nor August salary till now. When I approached them they are saying they will not settle my salary . I can go where ever I Want.Kindly suggest me whether I should go to police station /Labor court? Should i need advocate to file a case on my company. Kindly tell me the procedure plz...

And Which type of Deduction should be from salary?
Main Question is How to count salary of Clerk in Private trust's College?

My quri is on maharashtra state service regulation.
1) I have completed 36 years of service in Mah. govt. & my retirement is due in Feb 2014.
I want to take voluntarily retirement in May. 2013. My annual increment month is April. 2013.
1) I am intending to give notice of voluntary retirment in March 2013.
2) May I get my yearly increament in April,2013?
3)For calculation of gratuity. Which months pay i.e March,2013 or May,2013 will be considered?
