Working hours

Dear All

Its all about private employers, who pressure employees to work more and stretch beyond the limited hours in fact even on off days employees work hard, so that at the end of year they shall be rated outstanding and earn good appraisals,employee lose personal life and health,some of them are bound as they have to earn for food. do we don't have any law for this, if its there who is taking care of it,is there any raiding officer who can check employee in and out time and can fine the employer,many lives will find a better life if its done,please show some way.

if you want to make a career you have to slog it out . if you dont work hard there many willing to take your job .

you have the option of working for the govt or starting your own business .
