Dear Sir,
I am a GDSMD of Indian Poatal Department. A man from district head quarter of police came to my house and said your police verification is going on. He told me to ready some documents and call to him. I saw my file in his hand which i submitted to my office before joining. He also ask for rs 2000. But no case is held/pending against me. So that I do not wish to give him this money. Is that essential or not? If I deny to give this ammount, will it be harmfull to me in future? He gave his phone no to contact with him. What can I do please help me sir.

Sir / Madam,
This is venkataramanan. Herewith this, I would like to know about how to file a case against a central govt. organisation.
I have written the exam for my respective post of Pharmacist. The exam was held on Aug 2014. The results were published and the selected candidates were joined by September. Before a week ago, they released the key for the written exam, held on August, along with the Question paper, in their official website. In that we have found around 15 wrong answers were found.
In this regard, I would like to know whether I have to make stay order or to ask for the revaluation of my marks, or wholesome revaluation of all hose who attended the examination.
If so, How much amount is needed to file a case or stay order in the High court.
Kindly provide me an expert advise from your side.

I am staying in Bangalore, belongs to Jharkhand. My Parents staying in Jharkhand, the house & property named in my Father. Recently DVC who supply electricity filed a case against me for using electricity without connection. So I would like to ask all experts what to do best so that I can come out of this. Please reply

Iam a central govt employee working as medical officer under central govt health services..joined in july this year..earlier i got job offer in 2013 after clearing upsc exam in 2011 but as m doing post graduation so on my request i got extension of 6 months in joining then the offer lapsed and again on request the offer got revived but for that they taken an affidavit from me that i will serve central govt for 3 years..before the revival request i cleared exam of rajasthan public service commission for the post of tutor in medical college in my subject of post graduation but due to delay in sending medical fitness to them the govt of rajasthan refused to provide me appointment,then writ petition filed by me and meanwhile i got joining from central govt and i joined....now that writ petition got allowed and the judgement came in my favour....and if i want to join that state govt job of tutor then is there any way to leave the cental govt job..

Hi all Warm welcome of your advices
My sister is working in private cum government project from last 8 month but still she did not get salary of single month ….
Whenever she ask about her salary they just reply that for sure this will happen in next month..
Many employees are there in all over Maharashtra who did not get it…
Before some day some them went to the head office of the company regarding the salary ..
Then on second day the company people sent a mail to all over candidates that why all of you are disturbing us while we are doing good job if you want your salary then you have to wait because still government haven’t gave us a single pie from where we would give you ..
If you all did the mistake again then we will take action against you with police ..
And they never give any reply to any candidate if anyone calls to back office.. Now the agreement between the government and the firm is going to be closed on October 30 due to some issue of the company .. and the company told that they will make the salary on 22 but still its not done …..
Please suggest …..

Hi,
I work as a accountant in a private sector, office starts from morning 10am till evening 6PM, there is no basic facilities over here like no wash room from past 1month, dirty drinking water cans, upon that they are not mentioning our PF's deduction in the payslip.
No proper maintance of office, yesterday a guy who came to repair the shutter was admitted as the shutter fell on him.
After continues requests and complaints also its still the same, Kindly advice me where can i raise the request against them.

Respected Experts.... Please do the needful
A man served in the APSRTC as conductor since 1988 and he submitted sick certificate for 10days in 2001 for his medical leave... Then after he could not able to attend his regular duties due to his ill health and later on he approached higher authorities Viz., Depot manager etc., but in vain. The APSRTC did not settled the amounts PF etc., payable to the conducted and postponed the same on one pretext or other. At this stage what measures said person can take against apsrtc for getting his arrears.

This is B.Harihar from Chennai ,I was worked as CFO Chief Financial Office of Indian Company, I was targeted to resigned ,accordingly resigned in Dec 2013 .My resignation was accepted and physically relieved from the job.The problem was the full & final Settlement ,they have not issued F&F and relieving letter so for, during the month of April i have mailed to settle my account along with relieving letter having claiming salary up April 2014 since the delay is on their part. Finally they have sent me the F&F settlement purposely deducted rs.100000 advance paid ( original there was no advance due as such ) and forced me to accept the settlement and collect the relieving letter I have refused over phone.
what I want to do is I want to claim salary up to my legal Notice ( Say Dec 2014)which is going to send . Whether I can do it , some where I noticed the relieving letter has to be given on the same day of acceptance of resignation and if not the delay dates will be fetching salary .
With out my reveling letter I am not able to join any where for last 10 month ,the senior post like mine will always require relieving letter .Hence i request you to provide me some legal advice and points to fight for this .If you have any choice of advocate in Chennai who interested in labor case can also be introduced.

Notice period amount is not paid
Hi,
This is Amruth working in IT firm "AMBC Technologies pvt. Ltd" After working for 9 months I resigned my organization and servered the notice period and came out with clean exit.
They have paid the paritially amount of salary of my notice period and deducted 10days pay of mine without showing the proper reason. HR team and Accounts team are not giving proper answers for the same.
I am attaching my full & Final settle report here. Please advise how can I take action on these organization.
