We has taken registration for our Company in January 2015, under Uttar Pradesh Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996, as a regular renovation work is always going on which involved building workers.
someone please tell me when to pay Cess under the related Cess Act as there is no project for completion only renovation involved on regular basis. Whether it shall pay on monthly basis or annually.
Please Help.

I applied in both railway E.R. and SER as M.P.and ITI minimum as per adv. Unfotunatly i miss to mention about my H.S. . I had been selected first Southeast Rly southeast and kol RRB had attached attention from and pvr H.S. certificate .it is only closed my service file . Ihad been farther selected Eastern rail at same post . I had took technical resignation and joined Erly but at the time of attestion I informed Erly about my H.S. qualification but they ignored as per my application .my service continuing from Serly to Erly. My service book will come from Serly to ERly.i to applied wpo for adding H.s> certificate .but ignore to recived to accepcected my requst letter. . eastern rail way sent farther pvr madhy mik and iti can it problem pvr without H.S.. Shall i be punished suppressed fact .how I add my h.s. or how I save to it. Dae of joing 2013 (serly).after tecnically regine farther posting e rly 2015. Mp 1996.H.S. 1998. how i mercy for my mistake

MY QUESTION IS THAT, IF DUE TO FINANCIAL CRISIS COMPANY COULD NOT PAY THE SALARY TO ITS EMPLOYEES, THEN IS THE COMPANY LIABLE TO PAY PF AND ESIC CONTRIBUTION TO THE ACCOUNT OF EMPLYOEES..
CLICK LOGIC IS WHEN THE SALARY ITSELF HAS NOT BEEN PAID THEN IS THERE QUESTION OF DEDUCTION OR DEPOSIT OF CONTRIBUTION?

I had given my presentation through grievance mechanism as follow. Kindly Guide me.
The wrong-finalization of seniority positions of direct recruits as per R&P Rules is severely injuring my carrier as I am deprived of my due higher/equitable post, pay, perks and other consequential benefits for years. It is apposite here to mention that in service, the ranking of an officer in the seniority list is determinative of his all future career prospects. It is an index to attain one's reasonable aspirations and expectation and it must be decided strictly according to rules in force and should be kept certain and free from disputes. Keeping my seniority in captive abeyance is a hostile discrimination, especially when retrospective promotions are granted way back in July 2014 as Asst. Manager with effective date as on 02/01/2007, to those departmental non executive candidates were junior to me since last nine years. This punishment to me on being declared meritorious in the said competitive selection is surely a bald violation of right of equality enshrined in the Article 14 and 16 (1) of the Constitution of India.
Kindly Guide me as management has not responded till now.

Sir,
1. I am serving in the Indian Navy, Ministry of Defence. i was enrolled in the Indian Navy on 30 Jan 2002 and i have completed 13 years and 2 months of service.
2. I have been recommended for the post of Administrative officer, class B Gazetted officer post in DRDO by UPSC. I am waiting for appointment. It is pertinent to mention that i had submitted my application for the said post through proper channel and approval.
3. I would be grateful if clarity on a few queries mentioned below may kindly be provided:
(a) Is there any provision to join after completion of my present engagement (pensionable service) till 31 Jan 2017 in Indian Navy?
(b) What is maximum time frame as per rule of GOI to join the post after getting appointment letter?
(c) Will my post service be counted in new government service? If yes, will i be eligible for pension under the pension regulation of the year 2002?
(d) What is the rule and benefit Technical resignation?
(e) What is the rule regarding furlough leave in Central Government?

My brother after technical resignation join Serly to early same post tech3 .but when he apply for both the post give qualification M.P+ITI .the Time of attestion S rely told higher qualifications and took H.S. and include Service book .but same is Early not agree to include H.S. by attestion. My quarry is what service book continue. What is his qulification treated Can he include H..s. if the service continued any problem please help .date of appointment 23/2 13 at SERly date of joined Ear311/1/15

I request you to please help me my case is as below
Some one theft two cheque from my check book and withdrawal rs 30000 (cheque was not signed by me theft blank)
I got it when i get sms of withdrawal then i go to nearest bank branch of canera bank they tell me that is a self check withrwal from MP jabalpur at the mean time i was in pune next day i visit branch and contact manager for problem he suggest me to stop the next check and do fir for check thef and for froud withdrawal i will investigate (I have a acknowledge copy for same) and then i go to police station and did a complain for check theft (I have an acknowledge copy for same) then after 1 week i vist MP jabalpur branch (where this withdrawal is done)
I request manager to help then he show Me the cheque he show me that checque and what i see
1. signed was not match (Main sign in front of cheque) and a circle is make in sign by clark of bank(may bee) and second sign is done beside that.
2. sign at back side of checque was total four that mean first sign not match so the other person did sicond sign of my in front of bank officer but that not match so he did 3 and 4 sign their
3. this holl process is recorded in cctv
now my question from manager was
1. why u not ask for ID proff for self cheque
2..if first sign not match so why u pass the cheque and why this so many in back side
3.afcors my pic is in bank so why that person witch is there is not me and now he did sign in checque in front of u so he did crime in front of u and u not get it
no answer from manager he say do FIR then we will take action you are not authorised to ask this question
now you please tell me
. I am customer of that bank and i lost my money so why shoud not ask this
then i go to police and tell this story he tell crime did in bank so bank shoud make FIR
this was full what i see and feel
now what i want
I dont want to do FIR and why i did ??
bank shoud do FIR and Find the criminal and give me my money back
or i case this not happen so
how shoud i complain in cunsumer forem and Can i go there aginst bank ??
Please please suggest me best possible legal way to get my money back and to understand bank their fault ??

A person named XYZ joined duty of contract basis lecturer in state government polytechnic institute in Feb 2007. He continued his duty for 4.5 years. After this, due to medical reasons he stopped going to his job, but he did not give resignation letter.
On 13 March 2015, a G.R. is displayed on maharashtra govt. website, in which it is stated that "Those who have completed 3 years of service with technical breaks and who are still in service are made permanent in service".
In this situation, is there any chance for XYZ to get joining as permanent employee in aforesaid govt. Polytechnic because he has completed 4.5 years of his service(from 2007 to 2011), if he goes to court?

Dear Experts,
Can anyone suggest me that can I complaint for my lawyer before Judge in court? for hiding my essential documents which I had given him to submit in court to support my case.
In absence of those documents Judge passed order against me! that's why I want to complaint becasue he did cheat with me for handful money.

I am biswasear I am join serly tech 3 2013 a.and after technical resignation o join Early same post 2015 .I am HS passed 1998. But at the time of north fromfillyp I submitted MP and It I .it criteria of the post minimu MP and NcVT so I confused. At the time of SeRly and RRBKolkata veto ovation they told for add HS I give them copies SERLy include H.s. but ERlY .not agree to include it they told me at the time of from fill up it is oy include so Include not possible. My quary The service continue and service record came from SErLy can automatically include or not. What process I include it. I have no monytary benefit to it
Can it is a matter suppression. Plese help advice to solved it. I am a handicapped person
