Iam working MNC company as a permanenent worker since last 3year my supervisor always told me that u r a low caste person in socity as well in our plant with using slang language in plant premise .he also mentally torchered me by other way like always complaing against me to the management in different ways so plz draft a application for me addressing to HR manager for immediate solution otherwise I will know the court. i am a practicing lawyer .the only female in the Province who have passed the exam for the post of additional district & Session Judge. i have been called for interview, but not been appointed although there were 25 seats and all the male candidates appointed, despite of having regular appearance/ cases before the appointing committee/ Selection board i have not been awarded sufficient interview marks to hit the target for appointment among the male candidates who have been appointed some of the appointees had less marks than me in written test. even they have not placed me on female Quota. what remedy is available to me i need your advise please.

sir i am working as postal assistant in postal department. I have taken 2 days casual leave from postmaster as i have met accident and after 2 days i have send 20 days leave extension application with medical certificate directly to supdt of posts as registered post in time. But the rejeceted my application of leave and returned as "you have to send this to post master of head office". Is correct sir ? leave extension application whom to send sir ? my leave sanctioning athority is supdt of posts only not post master. Please help me what to do sir?

I took VRS from organisation 12-13 years back after working 12 years. Some amount was deducted every month from our salary for VHS
9voluntary health scheme) .Even after 12-13 years many people who took VRS don't know that we are entitled to some medical benefit each year on declaration basis.After knowing about this facility I applied for that payment. But they say my name is not appearing in their VHS opttees list and demanding old original Salary slip which I don't have but I have all record month wise for all months I worked there in Salary Record Book which I maintained myself in my writing which shows VHS amount deducted from my salary. They are not accepting that record and also not checking their record of my salary . Can i take legal action for this ? if yes How to take that action go to consumer court Or demand RTI to show my salary record? or is there any other way to take action against them?

What is cisf resignation rule? Tell me any rule of cisf that " I constable resign from cisf at time but I want to join cisf 2 or 4 year's later again.Please suggest me.

My husband applied for the non-teaching post in a Central University and appeared for interview but he was not selected due to the non-following of Recruitment Rules by the University. The matter is pending in the High Court of Delhi. But I am looking for an expert lawyer in Service Matters as the present one is not up to that level. Please advise for the same.

what is the sequence of issuing warning letter,showcause notice,disciplinary letter and chargesheet and domestic enquiry and what is the time period for issuing one letter after another?

family pensioner can live in relationship

My query is this can a family pensioner live in relationship. Family Pension is sanctioned after the affidavit given by my father will not marry again in future.
