Dear sir
I would like to know the latest amendment made for the state of Maharashtra for lavour Services. Kindly let me know the notification date and no. For minimum no. Of employees who are eligible for Pf and gratuity and also the minimum wages of the same.

I have approved Earned leave for 15 days to one of my staff a week back and his leave starts from 01/07/2016.
I have served a memo to him on 30/06/2016, seeking explanation for his negligence in duty, allowing him 3 working-days time to submit his reply.
later, on 8/07/2016, (during his leave period i.e from 01/07/2016 to 14/07/2016) he came to office and submitted his reply to the memo, along with a letter requesting transfer to some other section.
shall i receive those letters by hand from him during his leave period(EL without MC)?

I was working in a Pvt. Ltd. company since March 2016 to till the date, but such company just terminated my employment without any reason.
I went office and working for the whole day as usual and suddenly in the evening at the time of leaving office, My senior acknowledged me that I don't need to come from tomorrow.
It is really Horrible...
I do not have any contract or ID card of Company, Having only proof that the company was paying salary directly in my bank a/c and my A/C stmt is showing the name of such company.
Please help me out, what kindly of action can I take for such company?

Thanks for the reply.
In reply, I hereby confirm "this is the same matter which I had placed for your valuable suggestion in the recent past".
Now, the management has not been replied to the duly filled in Form-1 submitted for payment of gratuity on 18th June, 2016, and trying to avoid payment through verbal communication stating that I am not entitled on the ground of post-retirement service and so on. May kindly be advised.

Hi,
I worked for more than a 15 months in a private limited company based @ Banglore !
Immediate senior immdeitely terminated me from services saying that i am not performing !He might have a given me a notice of at least 1 month !
Next day i asked them to give me a time of at least on month but they did not listen and immediately asked me to leave !
Branch where i was working is in pune maharshtra !

I am madhukumar i am coming under general category i got married other caste girl she came under OBC Reservation and she already working in under karnataka state govt since 6year and i got central govt job 2yrs back under general quota. kindly give suggestion regarding below my query's.
1) whether she can apply central govt jobs under OBC category?
2) whether where she can get OBC Certificate from her home town or my home town?
3) in 2013 she got OBC CERTIFICATE to apply in central govt posting what is validity of that certificate?

Respected Sirs,
I had served in private sector for 17 years. Against resignation, I had received gratuity for the period of service rendered. Later I served in one another NGO Cause for five years, without any application from my end, the management was kind enough to pay Gratuity for the period of service rendered for.
At the age of 55 years, I had joined with another NGO, Registered Public Charitable Trust Hospital, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh where I had served from 19th April, 2010 to 3rd June, 2016. After a lapse of 15 days, against repeated requests, on 18th June, 2016, the management has settled the following:
1.Relieving letter from the services of the organisation.
2.Experience certificate for the period of service (with good words)
3.Full & Final settlement statement indicating payment for the number of working days worked in June, 2016 and earned leave to my credit by way of cash payment.
Subsequently, as directed, I had submitted Form–I, application for payment of Gratuity payable by the employer. In reply to, the management has not considered my request for payment stating thereof on the grounds of “post retirement service” I am not entitled for the same, thus question of Payment of Gratuity doesn’t arise.
In conclusion, optimistically looking forward direction, the Honourable may kindly be looked into the matter and advice entitlement of Gratuity Payable for period worked that will helps me to sound enough financially at this point of age for which act of kindness, I shall ever grateful and thankful to one and all.

We supply diesel generator on hire under supply of tangible goods as per service tax law and charge service tax . We also provide diesel for running generator to some of our clients and make seperate bill for reimbursement of fuel charges on actual running hours of generator . Is service tax applicable for reimbursement of diesel for running generator

Reg bank related issue
Dear Members,
I was woking in a Psu bank and now selected for a central govt job,in bank my designation was officer and so i have recommended some loans,although i had taken full care while processing loan documents but still in loans section no one is perfect and there may be some mistakes made by me while doing loans.
Now as i have left the job due to selection in central govt i want to know that will any mistakes pointed out by the authority later on in papers, can this create problems for me in my present job in my future.
one thing i want to say that at the time of joining the bank i used my full name as signature but in banking work i used to put only my initials as my signature and while recommending loans.
pls do guide us regarding this.
