Respected Sirs'
I have worked in a Co-op. Bank for 4 years, thereafter I had taken Leave without pay (Authorized leave) for 1 year for completion of my Article ship training. After completion of Article ship I had resumed my duty last year.
Now, the total year of service is six years (including one year leave without pay).
Now my query is whether I am eligible or not to receive the Gratuity if I resign.
Please Advice me in this regard.

I was working as a Chargeman(Non Tech) at Ordnance Factory, Itarsi under Ministry of Defence Production from 11/02/2011 I had got selected for the post of Asst. Traffic Manager at Mumbai port Trust an autonomous body under ministry of Shipping after forwarding of my application through proper channel. Mumbai Port Trust asked me to appear for medical examination after obtaining un conditional release letter from Ordnance Factory Itarsi. I forwarded my technical resignation to Ordnance Factory Itarsi and was released from there on 02/04/2016. Mumbai Port Trust declared me medically unfit for the post after medical examination. After this i forwarded a application for withdrawal of technical resignation to Ordnance factory Itarsi on 06/05/2016. Since i am a member of New Pension Scheme. Will my withdrawal of technical resignation be accepted?

I was terminated from the service ( after 1year 4months of service) due to qualification problems after documents verifications, so now i got interim order from CAT court to join duty,
now my questions are
1. If i loose the case after final hearing in CAT, will i get continued stay order after approaching High court ?
i dont want brake-in my service between the final hearing from CAT to approaching High Court.
3. So should i approach high court before final hearing or after ?
4. So what is the best option so that i should be continued in service while shifting case between courts ?
Please assist me

Greetings of the day.
I have few query as listed below in connection with the above. I hope a suitable/valuable reply shall be initiated by the learned seniors at the earliest.
a) Can an employee claim gratuity after 10 months of his resignation. The employer voluntarily didn't settle his gratuity within 1 month as prescribed in the law. In this case is the employer liable to settle the claim or can escape.
b) What would be the procedure to claim if employer refused to pay.
c) What an employee can do if his DOB and name(spelling) with EPFO is not corrected by the employer even after repeated request by the employee since last 8 years and his retirement date is around the corner.

Hi..in my present job as per my app letter I am to be confirmed in writing on successful completion of probation.probation period was 1 yr or extendable.however it is now 1.5 yr and I have not received any letter or mail.I raised a query for confirmation letter and was replied that I need to complete online learning modules before I get it.as per app letter on resignation notice period was 45 days if not confirmed and 90 days if confirmed. I had submitted resignation with 45 days notice since I have not received confirmation intimation.but hr is telling me that I have to serve 90 days as it is my fault that I have not completed online learning modules. But on mail they r only asking me to serve 90 days without taking up my confirmation status..what should I do? Pls suggest

I resigned from my organisation 10 month back because of there financial condition. and till now they have not cleared my dues. i filed a case in Labour court but they did not came to attend the date. Labour inspector gave me another date but what action can i take if they will not come again for the second time too.

Dear Sir,
I am working in government of india, for past 2 years and i got married recently. So, my medical CGHS is also extended to my wife but i would like to know as my wife is the only single child of my father in law & Mother in law and they are dependent on me.Can i extend this facility of medical benefit to them ?
My father in law is a farmer.
Where as my my father is a government servant so they have their very own medical security.

Suspended From Govt. Job without stating any reason.
Can a Govt. Servant may be suspended without serving any charge sheet. An electricity theft is detected on my feeder and all are suspended working on it. Is it legal.
