Hi,
I am asking this query after losing all My hopes. My Mother was employed at MES( Military Engineering Service) Narangi Branch as LDC. She expired when she was still employed by MES due to Health issues. After a year, I applied for job based on compassionate ground (due to financial issues) (Age 17-18 years approx that time). I have been visiting MES narangi as well as MES shillong every year to ask for the reason why haven't I recived the job Yet.
After a number of files they show me the list of candidates appointmented on which my name is never mentioned as selected under compassionate ground. I have been checking their online website to double check thelist, still I haven't been able to find any Job on MES. People get jobs within a year or so, but why haven;t I ??
Please asked what best I can do on this case.

is it necessary to present at the permanent address for police verification. I am living at some other place for last many years which i have mentioned as present address. Will the police verify me at only my present address. please suggest .

Hello sir,
I have selected as asst loco pilot in railways in 2016. I have under gone medical standard A1 to clear medical exam.
After my appointment in the same year 2016, I got my knee injured on duty. I was operated for knee ligament correction.
I was fine.
Now when again I was put to work, I could not able to perform the pilot duties effectively, due to knee pain problems like climbing the engine repeatedly.
So can I request for alternative employment in railways.?
Or any procedure do I must carry out?
Any similar cases like me,?

Greetings to all Experts !!
I have made the whole payment ( Down payment + Loan ) for a new car but still haven't got the delivery of the car because
Car dealer was still not able to provide the TEMP/Permanent No. from RTO. I have already paid the complete RTO charges
to the Car dealer and have the Invoice for the same. Car dealer earlier tried to give the delivery by using the TRADE CERTIFICATE no.
instead of the Number from RTO. I was uncomfortable to take the CAR on ROAD just by displaying the TRADE CERTIFICATE No. of the Dealer.
Car is insured but without the RC number ( since its a new car ) and I have a INSURANCE COVER note only.
Every now and then I had been making calls to the Car dealer but they still giving same EXCUSES of delay from the RTO . I dont even know, have they applied in the RTO because we get the SMS from the RTO when they receive the application from the dealer for a new car in DELHI. My questions to experts are --
1> Since I have made the complete payment would it be SAFE to take the delivery on TRADE CERTIFICATE no. ?
2> Would I be able to get the damages from the INSURANCE company in case my car meets with the accident while driving it on a TRADE CERTIFICATE No. ?
3> What shall be the next course of action / or where can I compliant - that payment had already been done but Dealer still delaying it with the RTO Excuses. ?

i have been selected for government bank job . During filling application form i filled permanent address where my father used to live but from last 25+ years we are living in jammu ( which i filled as correspondence address ). please help me out where the police verification will be conducted by bank . And i do not have any criminal record .

Hello All,
I joined a company (on 27th Sept 2017) by the name of XXXXXX systems Pvt. Ltd.(based out of Bangalore India)---Make software and clinical management solutions for doctors. I was asked to join at Delhi location as Senior Sales Manager(Sales role)----[the 1st line of offer letter states-"We are pleased to offer you a full-time position in XXXXXX Systems Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore on Consultancy basis"---Again this thing was hidden from me and I have all the recordings and emails of altercations and discussion with HR and National Zonal Head regarding it. This was not made clear to me by HR inspite of my repeated reminders and mail.]
After working there for around 2 and half months I faced many HR related issues like salary getting credited after 20 days, non-providence of Salary Slips, Travel expenses not getting approved and there was no transparency on it etc..So, in the best interest of myself, I resigned (my performance was good)
I was open to serve the notice period(30 days as mentioned in Offer letter) and asked my manager that I can serve full one month's notice period. But my manager, who is the Senior Zonal Manager, Mr. Kumar, said that my resignation has been accepted and I was not in need of serving my notice period and I will get my full FNF within 1/2 months.
Now after resigning in the month of December 2017, I have been continuously asking them for my salary slips and FNF(have mailed my Manager, HR and company's CEO...They released some amount in the month of February but are still unnecessarily holding my pending amount along with all my salary slips since the day I joined this company.
A speedy issuance of my FNF and salary slips were assured by the company HR and my manager when I left but please note here that:
1) I have been continuously giving them the reminders about my 3 months salary slips.
2) Giving them reminders about my pending FNF.
3) They haven't provided me with any experience letter even after assuring the same.
4) Giving them reminders that I need to fill in my tax, and for that, I require Form 16 or associated form.(I will get some money if I am able to fill Returns properly but for that, I need salary slips.)
I have all their call recordings and whatsapp replies with me wherein they say they will give my FNF and slips but till now has not given/provided me with anything.
Now they are also not responding properly. HR always says, dont call,"whenever they have the money they will give otherwise wait...These are his wordings...They have been continuously buying time on calls and are not at all replying on emails.
Mr. Kumar always say that I will get my money and salary slips but since last month even he isn't giving any satisfying reply or any timeline for my FNF.
I have even mailed and whatsapp'd the whole thing to the CEO. Even he isn't replying.
I am as such very much distraught now and want to have some action against the company.
PLEASE SUGGEST what to do?

I was very punctual after my resignation and fulfilled all my handover duties like submitting my Tablet and passing on the leads. I have been supporting them till now with their leads and routing all the leads to my manager Now after resigning in the month of December 2017, I have been continuously asking them for my salary slips and FNF...They released some amount in the month of February but are still unnecessarily holding some amount along with all my salary slips. Please suggest in order to get back my dues

Can we file case in CAT chandigarh

my father was working in DoT (nowdays BSNL) as wireman. He went missing in 1994. My grandfather lodged a FIR in 1995 even my mother lodged too in 1997 and wrote a letter their GM for pension,they didnt accept the application and said that it will take 7 years but after 7 years, nobody rispond. After a year, my grandfather passed away so there is no one with my mother to stand against DoT but my mother went there till 2008 but never get any anwers from them. When i was 22, i got to know everything by my mother so in 2015 by the help of legal person, my mother wrote an application to GM and again they didnt rispond then i decided to write to Hon. Prime Minister of India.PMO gave them pressure and Finally we got reply by them and according to them, they removed my father from the services in 2000, after the 5 years of he went missing so my question is that possible we file an case to the Hon. CAT chandigarh? do we get justice or get nothing because most of the lawyer suggest me that there is no chances after so many years. What should i do and where i can find lawyer for for service matter?
