Obc non creamy layer

Me my brother and my parents runs a retail store and annual income is around 8 lakh from which around 2 to 4 lakh they give to us as we also work . please explain how i should calculate income for obc

Sincre your parents income is 8 lacs and out of which they give you 4 lacs your parents annual income would fall below 8 lacs. So you8uu belong to OBC Non creamy layer community.

guys we get salary from my parents for our work . thus my parents income is only 4 lakh per year . how my income is included in my parents
