How do I insert my 2nd wife's name in place of my 1st wife's name as the mother of my adopted child?

I married two years ago. We are from Hindu Bengali Family. My Wife's surname is 'Maiti'.Her name is Supti Maiti. My surname is 'Roy Chowdhury'. I know she can use her own surname. If she wants to use my surname, what should be written.... Supti Roy Chowdhury (Maiti) or Supti Maiti (Roy Chowdhury). Please advise.

Mr.A is a married person, died leaving no issues in 1950. his lawfully wedded wife also died. Mr.A's ancestral property disputes went through several legal litigation before several courts right from small to the apex Court. in all the decrees Mr.A was clearly recorded as a person died issues less. suddenly in 2012 a person pop up claiming to be the son of Mr.A. he claims that there was an affair between Mr.A and his mother(another lady) and he was born. what is the weightage of legal right of such person. clearly it shows that the said person's motive is to collect some ransom from other lawful heirs of the family of Mr.A. another point is that soon after the death of Mr.A in 1950 another close member of his family (lawful heir) approached the High Court and got an order declaring him as the successor of MR.A. so what is the legal right of the said person who sprung up claiming to be the son of Mr.A armed with some school certificates and birth certificates.

My Divorce case is going on in Bangalore Family court and My Judge has a reputation of granting Divorce to male petitioner rarely.
Currently my case is in Cross Examination stage.Is there a provision in law to get Change of Bench in Family court and what's the criteria for same.Also suggest if it is advisable to do so?

Greetings,
I want a clarification about the Nullity of marriage under section 4 of HMA.
Situation is Marriage date May 2006,
separated on June 2007 to till date.
Can my wife file for nullity of marriage on grounds of 4.1.1(b) and 4.2.1(any of a,b,c) now?
If marriage becomes Null and void, will she have any chance of filing for any maintenance in future?

dear experts
i was forcefully merried in 2003.neither mine nor her parents wr present in that drama they force me to sign
on some papers and some pics in temple and i never stayed with her from the day of merriage and never met her
but after some time they(she nd her parents)started blackmailing me nd my family since my father is a govt
employee nd mother is primery teacher(govt) we pay 2lakhs to them at that time but without any records or details
of money.but they continuously blackmailing after that also and in 2005 we file a case of fraud and forcefully
merriage(with request if it is found legal then please seprate me and take me out from this situation)
but they didnt appear for hearing and after in june2007 court gave an exparty order in my favour.
Now i ws happily merried in Feb2008 and have 2kids now.they again started blakmailing me nd family for filing case
of 498A,125,DV.
1.Should i fulfil their demands.
2.what should i do plzzz reply with ur valuable suggestions.

In DV affidavit my wife has mentioned that I called her sister and threatened her which is recorded by my sister in law which is totally false .
Can I file case against my sister in law and under what section please......

Q)as i ask this query yesterday but i need more elaboration on that. supreme court has ask me and my wife to personally appear on next date of hearing in transfer petiton of my divorce case filed by me.experts says that court will refer this matter to mediation center of s.c. what will be the role of this center and what happen if my wife demand huge settlement amount? can apex court force me to give any amount which is beyond my capacity? can court order me to live with my wife even if i m not intrested?plz reply in detail so that my doubts are clear. is there is any fees to be deposited in such center?
