my question is about my friend's family.
my friend's father has 4 brother. last year my friend's father has died due to heart attack.A house which name of his father according to will but his uncle(brother of his father) stay in house which is name of his father since 10 years.so then my friend demand the house from his uncle but uncle refused and produced duplicate will(prepared by uncle) and he does not vacant the house.
pls suggest me what the legal remedies available for this cheating and how i will prove that will is duplicate?

what should be mentioned in the petition under s.13[b]? what is the procedure of the court after filing this petition ? when the court pass the decree of divorce ? in between whether a person can marry again ? please reply. thanking you !

wife filed for custody of 2 sons 14 and 12 yrs after leaving the matrimonial home 2 yrs ago. Meanwhile she applied IA for visitation rights and advancement of OP which husband could not attend due to half yearly exams. She got CA order from court for visitation for tomorrow and dayafter. Sons not willing to go as well as elder sons half yearly exams continuing from 2nd jan is preparing for exams. Should the husband take the sons for visitation in park or ignore the order and wait for hearing scheduled next month? Please advise urgent....

Dear Sirs,
This is the case of my client. Her husband had died a year before. Her father-in-law and mother-in-law also died. There is no sister or brother to her husband. And she too has no child. In this case, property is in the name of her mother-in-law. Now what she has to do to sell the property. Whether first, she has to transfer the property to her name. What is the procedure to do so.

hi my friend is working in gulf, and he cannot come inia for 2 years.he is seperated for 4 years and need divorce.his wife donot agree for divorce. and is it possible for a man to obtain divorce from his wife ,?i heard the law support women mostly.and how can he file for divorce from gulf, as he is getting old?if the marriage is irreversibly broken down, then why the law insist to continue in it?do the men have similar rights as that of women?and is there any consideration as he need a married life and is in middle age.

dear all,
My husnand file divorce against me. he is the only one to my In laws. v blessed with one daughter. he said there is no chance for living with me. when my daughter 11 months old he throw us from his home. after one year he never visited us. i went to abroad leaving my daughter to my parents for six months. in the mean time my husband got ex parte divorce. immediately i set aside the petition. its allowed. hecame to my home when i was in abroad and assulted my 8 month pregnant sister and kidnapped my daughter. after so much struggle finally high court ordered to hand over the child to me.visitation granted by family court. i too agreed. but he never visited my girl on that day. he is not paying any maintenance to us.now my husband filed petition in original side guardian and custoday petition. and in that he is asking stay for "i should not take my daughter out of india" . now i am with my daughter leaving my job in abroad. i dont have any idea to go abroad now. now what should i do? he is continuously giving torture to me by various ways. not giving any setttlement to me or my daughter. how to solve this problem. atleast i want to live in peace.
Questions:
1) Will court give custody to him, saying i left my daughter to abroad? how to protect my 2.9 months old girl baby from him?
2) Can i file partition suit against ancestral proeprty on behalf of my daughter? they have so many ancestral proeprty. atleast i should get some financial safeguard security for my daughter.
3) or what is the best option to handle this problem... thank u so much to hear my problem.

Property partition ...share not given
Dear Sir
My grand father has 3 acres of land now. That land has partitioned to 3 sons without giving any share to my mother(daughter).That partitioned land has not registered yet but they written on 100/- stamp papers.
my mom was get married in 1975. my question is ...IS MY MOM HAS ANY RIGHT OVER THE PROPERTY..SHALL WE GET THE PARTIONED MEANS 1/4 TH SHARE FROM PROPERTY.
PROPERTY IS SITUATED IN ANDHRAPRADESH. WE ARE ALSO FROM AP.
pLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE SIR.
