Hi, I Shashidara need information that my divorce case is at family court. My evidence is completed and also cross. But their evidence/cross is pending and also dragging the case. So I need information that how much time will take for divorce.

Good Afternoon sir iam from Hyderabad.,
I was accused in false 498a case and I came on bail and my family members got anticipatory bail and just 4 days back I/O had submitted charge sheet so when can i go for quashing charge sheet or whether I should wait till trial date come or shall I start now for filling petition for quashing and if my evidence is enough strong so how days of time it will take for quash of charge sheet.

I am leaving separately with my 2 daughters ( present age 18 & 15) in Kalyan Thane from 14 years , My husband works in Dubai , but does not take responsibility of us , I am a working women , so i decided to file for divorce and children maintenance ,
My husband came to know this , he is not ready to part his money , My elder daughter is 18 yrs and needs money to study for IIT Engg , Till now i was doing , but now i need for your higher studies
What do i do , since i was not living with him i don't know much about him , I only have the residence address and work place address , but when i called his HO in bangalore they said that he is no longer working with them , but i know they are lying
In this case how can the law help me to trace him out and give my daughters justice

Where as TWO FAMILY COURTS are established at Visakhapatnam.
I filed a divorce case in Visakhapatnam.
In this my petitioner resides at Anakapalli, respondent resides at Rajahmandury District
in this Anakapalli comes to Visakhapatnam District.
I REQUIRE CLARIFICATION ON DIVORCE CASE FILING JURISDICTION
WHETHER I FILED A CASE IN CORRECT JURISDICTION OR NOT

Thanks for taking out time for reading my query. I want to marry this guy. His divorce case was pending. However, now the settlement agreement has been signed by the parties at the Mediation centre and money has been given by him to his wife as well. The case was listed for hearing on Dec 18. However, due to big cause list the hearing did not happen. Now the case is listed for hearing tomorrow. How much time does the court take to pass the order once settlement is done at mediation centre. Also, do the parties need to be present at the court or lawyers of both the parties can handle it?

My father he is retired govt employee and distributed his self earned property among we two brothers and two sisters through gift deed to each we 4 person separately which registered at subregister office at the date Jan 2012. And gave full powers to donees.He not had any ansestrol property. And my mother had ansestrol property & she distributed equal share to all we four childrens. For this the document is created vatni patra which is not registered & just gave village accountant of revenue dept and he done mutation.And we all are married.And my question is that I am unemployed and no income but my all three (1Brother and 2 sisters are software engineers) brother and sisters had their own (self earned property)But they are not ready to care about our old age parents. so can I claim on their (1 Broth & 2 sis)self earned property?
I heard according to HUF rules self earned property of each person considered joint family asset and it will be divided among all members.

In my case I/O had submitted 498a Charge Sheet in court of law just 2 days back and now I want collect a copy for my reference so, pls kindly suggest me what is the procedure and process and how much fee and what type of forms need to submit for collecting a copy of charge sheet.

please advise on an instance, where a major son of widowed mother had forcefully snatched her personal jewelry from her possession and and
1.maltreats/abuse and
2.threatens to kill
her when she demands the same?

Good Evng Sir,
I was accused in false 498a case and I came on bail and my family members ( with me 6 members i,e A1 to A6 ) got anticipatory bail and just 4 days back I/O had submitted charge sheet. So, along with charge sheet regarding my two sisters the I/O had enclosed one copy by stating that there are no allegations on A5 & A6 accused and there is no witness against accused A5 & A6. So, is there any chance that court can remove my two sisters names or need not to attend the court during trial or they can become free from this case.So, pls kindly give your valuable information on this.
