As per experts comments i will nt be able to take divorce what so ever happens.
i think i also have rights to live me life or nt
i have heared new laws has been introduced in our system and as per them can't we get early divorce
please suggest

please i m not mad that i should consult physcarasist.
please put urself in my shoes and then think when everday u go home after doing office work and ur wife starts fighting or abuse u in any way. How will you feel please tell me sir.
I am looking for best possible help and way out how she should leave me and i can live my remaining few years life

My situation is different i cant survive with her nay more and my family forcing me to live with her only
i feel amny times to commit sucide might be this is only way to get rid from her
as per experts comments this will take many years to solve my case..
please suggest

is there any provision where divorce petition can be filed before one year of marriage ? if yes, on what ground ? Under which Act ?

Hi Experts,
My Husband has filed divorce case in his place which is in his native and I have filed RCR in my place. I have been attending all hearings so far for divorce case, but my husband has not yet taken the notice from RCR. As I am working in different state it is difficult for me to travel for each hearing.
Now I have filed transfer petition in high court to get divorce case transferred to my place. My lawyer will be sending a memo stating the same to the court where divorce case filed.
My question is as the transfer is not yet granted, is it required for me/my lawyer to still attend the hearings or we can wait for the transfer case which is pending in high court.
Please suggest.

I know indian laws are so wonderful and great if person dies but case still goes on and on.......
my wife family is forcing us to live together but i m dont have ant type of feelings\ love for my wife and will never come again.... we live under one roof but sleep on seperate beds, not having food together and always fight day night.... her family blams that boy is wrong and our gilr is correct,,,, i also say the same because i m so dipressed and frustated nw that i tell her family that i m 100% fault but ur daughter is right then also they say that she will nt give divorce to u and will never leave u till her last breath......
please suggest what to do

Court give preferences women cell complaint.
My wife first lodged complaint. she give to s.p & after registered in women cell. My wife is wrote in complaint of women cell, this is second marriage both of us. both are divorcee. but she is not wrote about second marriage in domestic violence case in court. becouse she is not divorcee to first marriage. i want to know, if i give the copy of complaint in court for tell about second marriage. will court agree with to complaint ?
