Court give preferences women cell complaint.

My wife first lodged complaint. she give to s.p & after registered in women cell. My wife is wrote in complaint of women cell, this is second marriage both of us. both are divorcee. but she is not wrote about second marriage in domestic violence case in court. becouse she is not divorcee to first marriage. i want to know, if i give the copy of complaint in court for tell about second marriage. will court agree with to complaint ?

If your wife has not taken divorce from her first husband and you also knew this fact prior to your marriage then you are also responsible for the consequences.
