Sir , For last 7 months I have given the application for HMA 13 but till now notice in not issued to my wife so she is not appearing in the court. In last meeting she told me that she will contest the HMA 13. Kindly clarify me how much time it will take to get the divorce decree ? I have two children one is with me and 2nd is with her ?

i have got decree of divorce on 5nov 2012 on bse of cruelty..now she has put appeal in high court and she is threating me to put case on me under 498a and dowry act..can it is possible after divorce. wat should i do plz help me. we have got antiseptray bail from court while i filed case of divorce ie is 6sep2011.. is that bails help me if she file case now under 406 498a..what should i do plz help me

i have filed an M.A. u/s/12 of D.V. Act in which i have preferred an application for interim order also as to the maintenance. the second application u/s 125 of Cr.P.C in sam,e court is maintainable.

My brother was forced to admit the impotency in his first marriage. Now we would like to go ahead with his marriage but because of court order mentioning impotency in the verdict, any alliance goes out because if it.
My brother is perfectly healthy. One lawyer suggested that we can file an appeal in the high court against the verdict but one medical test needs to be carried out to rule out impotency.
I am clueless as to where such test can be carried out.
Please share your expert advice.

i have got decree of divorce from trail court ona base of cruelty from my wife on 5nov2012 ..now she has filed appeal in highcourt against trail court order.. court noticed me and i appear on 3may2013 court has fixed rs 6000maintance per month..plz tell me that is my decree of divorce will be cancelled by highcourt as she has filed appeal..in judgement of trail court court has clearly written that she has treated me with to much cruelty i have two children both are in my custody. she never filed any complaint or case against..court clearly says in order that shen has no love and affection towards children and me..plz tell me that will my decree remain or dismiss

We have had a fake dowry case filed against us (Me, Father, Mother and married sister) in August 2011 in UP. 3 of us have been granted bail. But sister's bail is still pending (she couldn't appear for bail beacuse of her family responsibilities) and have warrants issued against her.
Now settlement has been done between both parties. We have got mutual divorce from court in February 2013 and they are about to file a compromise in court.
I don't have much knowledge about these court proceedings that's why I am asking this question:
What is the easy solution to get this case close so all 4 of us will be free. I don't want to take my parents to court as they are aged and week with health issues.
My advocate is telling me that first 3 of you have to be appear so court will charge you and then on next date evidence filing will be done and so on. he is telling me a long procedure and I am not sure if he is trying to run this case longer for his own gain or anything?
Any suggestion is appreciated.

in practical v all of r aware tht no one is asking or exchanging details of order at the time of arriving to a certain conclusion in remarriage.
