My daughter,has been forced to leave her in laws joint family house after 12 years of marriage.At the time of marriage,we were told that boy's married elder brother,with his wife and their 3 yrs daughter are living happily in in laws house and elder sister of boy, happily married with her 2 daughters are living some where else.but After marriage,it was revealed that both her sister-in-law and brother-in law have broken marriages.Her sister in law with her 2 daughters are living in same house hold and few months later daughter's BIL's wife with her 3 yrs old daughter deserted her in law house.(Later her BIL also expired)As the time passed My daughter was conceived but she was given some treatments for a male child by her mother in law which resulted her miscarriage and she was not given any medical facility.Luckily she was again conceived and this time her In laws agreed to take her to parent house.The daughter remained with parent house till bith of male child.During that period of about 1yr 3-4 month,her husband or any his family made any contact with her or visit even at the birth at parent place.My daughter was some how adjusted herself against all odds mental torchers for sake of child. Now when child is plus 5 years she was rebuked,humiliated,mentally and physically particular by husband,MIL so that she desert her in law house and they are successful when all of sudden my daughter left the inlaws house when child was at school.(At school,the child remain under shadows of daughters of her sister in law)
Under circumstance,in legal advise,CRPC 125 and u/s 9 case is filed.Under 9 we prayed husband should stay with wife and son at a separate place,but husband replied he can't leave old parents and he is financial not sound to do so
What should be done as separation is now 1 year old and my daughter is desprate to see her son ( as now it looks their intention is clear to let sister in law take male child of our daughter )

My wife put false 498a case three months back and DV case just 2 days before and the date DV case hearing is next week , she demanded 10 lacks of compensation and all the marriage expenses, apart from that Rs 20000 PM maintenance, I have a few questions pls reply :
1. My salary is around 50k so shall i need to pay 20000, as there r lot of expenses.
2.She is software engineer and left the job only becaz she want to file this case as it seems, so could i argue her salary was 20000 PM when she was working.
3.she sent apolize msg to my family member wen she fight with me can this will be produce in DV case.
4. she puts my father and mother name also
my father is retired person age 59 and 55 respectively how to defend for my parents.
5. she updated in facebook Relation seprated and written in FIR that we thrown her out.
6.she made false medical certificate in her home town. how to defend that?
7.when she left the house my younger brother and her wife also there can they will be witness as we all r staying together.
8. Can my mother put DV case against her.
Please advice me how should i fight this DV case and what grounds and proofs i can show in court.

There is a divorce case applied by wife (in Canada) through POA holder(wife’s father) against husband u/s.13(1)(ia) (Harassment) in family court. Husband is contesting divorce case because he doesn’t want divorce. During the divorce case, Husband made fake facebook account of his wife without her permission. Wife’s father has applied complain in Cyber Crime Branch for fake facebook account of his daughter. Cyber crime branch has not made FIR against husband because wife’s father and police department has put a condition to husband that if husband ready for mutual divorce then they will not make complain against husband for cyber crime and will take the complain back.
My question is, if wife’s father gets permission of mutual divorce from Husband by made agreement on Stamp paper then it is final concern of divorce? Court can permitted divorce in concern of permission on stamp agreement. Can husband contest the divorce case although he had made stamp agreement of mutual divorce in future?

experts again i an here with a problem plz help me and guide me
its a moot court problem and i had a confusion on the point of jurisdiction..
situation is that husband move a petition in the district court at delhi that his wife has withdraw from his society of her husband with a reasonable cause and deserted him and hence he is entile for the decree of RCR u/s 9 of HMA
wife on the other side in her plea averred that she had withdrawn from the society of her husband to seek employment which is her fundamental right and her withdrawal is reasonable cause she further pleaded that her husband deserted her and move a counter petition in the district court amritsar for RCR or alternate degree sec 10
MY ques is that whether amritsar court had jurisdiction or not if yes then justify it with case laws or if no then also ....................plz slove this to me hurry

can a Sub-Registrar of New Delhi (where testator resides) denies to register a will of property belongs to Mumbai ?

Dear Sir,
I married in 2005 at my wife parenatl home Bhopal and after all efforts of 8 years my wife is not ready ti staying with me and my old parents at Kanpur,When i went to last time for rukhsati she and her family abused me and said if you want to live so leave your parents and live at her parenatal home when i denied so she filled a maintanance Crpc 125 case at bhopal court. I am suffering this condition from past 8 years menatally and she just want to harassing me as much as she.
Because I am a Muslim so finally I send a TALAQNAMA under muslim law 'sharih' Talaq AHSAN so my Question is my divorce has compleated? or I have to file also a divorce petition at BHOPAL or KANPUR?
PLZ GUIDE ME SIR?

1. My wife claim 5 lakhs rs for marriage expenses can she really ask this.
2.In case I am not satisfied with lower court judgement can I appeal to higher court whats the time limit for that.
