A divorce case is pending in family court. Wife has made marital status as 'Divorcee' on matrimonial website for second marriage.How can Husband allege to wife as she has not divorcee status? Is it case of cheating or fraud?

Thank you sir. In divorce, if wife is a govt employee, can she ask for maintenance??? Will she be entitled to have any share in property of husband???

If I get married to someone who has filed for divorce of his earlier marriage & yet to get, but if I do social marriage but not legally, is it a crime???

Dear Experts,
Iam paying maintenance to my honble wife from past 3 years even though she filed loads of false cases against me. recently my honble wife got arrested and send to jail for " Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (PITA) case. Now its my time pls suggest what cases can i file on her for harassing me for 8 years. I divorsed her 5 years back.
can i stop maintenance to her as she has booked in the PITA case means she has done s*x with some other person...." Ye to vahi baath hogayi some one is having the food and iam paying the Bill every month"

Respected Seniors , In application of 125 I have requested that my husband is earning 40K where as in his reply my husband is stating that he is earning 8to 10 K . My husband is noty having any Pan card so no ITR with me. Now I got his rent deed of his shop where he has agreed to pay Rs 4000 as rent and electricity bills extra . Is this proove of his expense will work that he is misleading to court about his income ? And I will get the maintenance as per my request in the application. Kindly advise .

We have filed divorce case 2009 and given exparte judgement and later case was opened after 7 months of exparte. After opening of case, after three months, she filed Restitution of conjugal rights case against me in the court. Now the both cases are in trial. Whether it (RCR case) is valid or not because it is filed after 22 month of divorce case. Kindly give the citation or judgements related to the questions.

Lady has already slapped false DV and 498a case against us. Divorce petition has NOT yet been filed by either party. She has voluntarily resigned from her well paying job.
Alternately, please suggest other relevant judgements which can be of help to defend against alimony or Maintainance.

this is story of one of our friend. his father is expired in yr.2000.father has given all his movable & immovable properties to his 2 children by a registered Will.his both son & daughter names(together)are registered to all properties.
both children are married.but a bad luck, the sisters husband and his family are too greedy for these properties, hence the brother is in great tension about how to distribute the fathers inherited property to her sister without interference of her husband or any pressure or violence to the sister & her mothers home family members.pls guide...
