Hi ,
I am want divorce from my husband and he is not ready to give. Instead he asked me to sign a bond paper mentioning that i would never come back to him. But he will not give divorce is what he is arguing.
Can i go ahead and apply for divorce or should that be mutual. ?
Please advice. I am not interested in family life.

Thanks a lot for your advice. It gives me real strength.
Just to keep things in perspective. I was employed in a private company upto Feb'2011. My take home salary was Rs.30000 as per last payslip which I gave as evidence to the court. But my wife filed 125 on April 2011. When I was unemployed and the same have also been admitted. The reason for my being unemployed was my poor performance due to marital disorder and the company terminated me (I have a the mail communication from company HR which states that and which I gave as evidence and which the trial court also accepted). Subsequently I tried to get some job but was unable to find one because of bad reference check feedback. Now I got a job on 12th of July with salary of 12700/-. The order date is 6th July. Can you advice whether the appeal coort will take the new salary for revising the maintenance amount (I understand that the earlier order was based on my last drawn salary and did not took into consideration the fact that I am unemployed, though accepted based on evidence).

My husband will might be try to get ex-party order for section 9 he may given my wrong address and all notices will remain unserved and he may get ex-parte orders he is totally fraudy person. he is financially very strong also. he is managing everywhere.
Query :- Can i apply for CAVEAT application in Family court ?
Any provision available for this please tell me.

hi
i came to know about my husbands extra marital affairs recently , we discussed a lot regarding this and finally my husband confessed every thing about the second relationship , he also took the second lady to the temple and tied the wedding chain as per hindu tradition -but no registration done.
suggest me how to throw way the second lady - she is giving life-threatening indication to my husband .pl help we want to get rid of this second lady .

Hi,
I got married more than 6 yrs back. it was my love marriage. I came to know immediately after my marriage that my Husband married me coz of money. i was earning and he expected heavy dowry from us. he always took away my salary, abused me, beaten me even in public. Every time he threatens me to hurt my parents and me. after 03 yrs of my marriage i stopped paying him full salary but still paying flat EMI. I have even repaid his personal loans and he bought two property and did documentation on his own name. i want to know.... how can i apply for separation and how can i claim back my all money and my property? i DON'T HAVE ANY EVIDENCE & PROOFS in my hands... WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW.WHICH NOTICE SHOULD I SEND TO HER.PLEASE GUIDE ME IN THIS MATTER.

Dear Sir,
my grand father(laxman) and his elder brother(Ram) had a property.But it was on the name of Ram , during there life they enjoyed property equally.
Both my grand parents are not there.
Even now ONLY SON of Ram and son's of laxman enjoying there sahre equally WITHOUT any dispute.
Now property is in the name of Only son of (Ram & son's)and they are willing to give our share.Even now we are enjoying our share.
we are not having enough money to register the land.
What is the best solution
Tell the best possible solution.

Lieness before mrg
My husband is working in banglore.before mrg my in-laws said that i will stay with my husband in banglore always & they also allow me to work there.Now after mrg they r saying that i hv to stay with in-laws where thay live(in village).My husband listen all things of his parents.Now they say that i cant work & cant go anywhere outside home.They made us fool before mrg.
So what can i do ???
i dont want to go to my in-laws home as they are always quarreling with me.????
Can i legally say no to go in in-laws place
to my husband when he forces me to come???
can i have rights to work ???(my husband before mrg agreed to this term & now says that he dont like a women to go outside home)??

we hv tried to convince them with help of relatives,but they dont listen to anything.
